Purpose Statement The Production Team Leader is responsible for clarifying and enhancing the Supervisors ability to conduct their daily activities, to accomplish RPC objectives. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and timely movement through the facility. **What You'll Do:** + Operate and adjust automated and high-pressure processing equipment to meet production standards. + Perform **equipment parameter adjustments** to maintain system efficiency and product quality. + Monitor equipment readings and address performance deviations promptly. + Operate forklifts to move products between staging and processing areas. + Record accurate production and system data in WMS, MFCS, and WCS systems. + Identify and report equipment issues, escalating when needed. + Support customer onboarding by testing products through processing systems. + Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality procedures. **What You'll Need:** + Minimum **6 months of experience operating automated or processing equipment** . + Familiarity with WMS, MFCS, and WCS systems preferred. + Basic computer and math skills. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments. + Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
