Responsibilities:
Act as a company advocate and embody the Sprinkles Culture.
Retain and demonstrate proper procedures delivered by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
Memorize recipes and use proper techniques in mixing, pouring, and storing batters and frostings.
Assist with dishwashing, baking, and cooling as needed.

Culinary or pastry certification preferred, or at least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may begin between Midnight and 4am.
Ability to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management.
Can work well under pressure and maintain a consistent pace through the shift.
Can lift at least 50 pounds while carrying cupcake trays, frosting, and bags of boxed purchases.
Must be able to move around the front of the bakery as you bend down for bags and reach up for cupcake trays.
Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 60% of the time.

We operate in a fully air-conditioned facility, daytime shifts Monday-Thursday ("4/10" schedule) with overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays. We are currently seeking Production Operators/Testers who are interested in building components essential to aerospace, defense, medical and commercial applications. Employees perform routine and/or repetitive assembly operations in a flexible manufacturing environment in accordance with standardized processes, procedures, or methods. This position may require frequent movement throughout the manufacturing operation.

What a Day Looks Like:
Build and solder electronic circuit boards to class 2 and class 3 requirements in accordance with J-STD.
Solder and install components, wires, and adhesives on PC Boards.
Read and work from assembly processes, procedures, engineering drawings and specifications.
Assemble circuit boards in accordance with standardized processes, procedures and methods.
Work with mechanical and/or electrical assemblies involving fixed indicating meters, in-circuit test/functional test, marking machines, jigs & fixtures, packaging, wire cutting, stripping & twisting equipment, various types of fastening devices involving power operations, hand tools and gauges (fixed, micrometers, calipers, rules).
Assemble and/or repair printed wiring assemblies (pwa), subassemblies, instruments, and final assemblies of various components utilizing a wide range of tools, work processes and skills to approved documented procedures/specifications.
Perform ICT and Functional testing on various products.
Crimp pins, using both hand and semi-automatic crimping tools.
Use heat guns to install heat shrink and/or solder splices.
Strip wire using thermal, hand and semi-automatic strippers.
Perform light mechanical assembly duties.
Perform inspection of your work and the work of your co-workers.
Record time and quantities on daily production logs and time sheets.
Read and work from assembly processes, procedures, engineering drawings and specifications.
Identify and document problems on assemblies and suggest solutions.
This position typically works under general supervision and direction.
Performs other assembly duties as required.

What You'll Need:

High school graduate or equivalent required
Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
Ability to add and subtract fractions and decimals using direct reading, gauges, rulers and scales.
Must be quality conscious and possess ability to meet production and quality standards.
Ability to solve practical problems and/or interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Must maintain ESD Precautions Standards certification in areas/facilities where required.
Must be able to pass J-STD certification course and maintain solder certification to operate certain pieces of equipment.
May be required to have previous experience with hand tool operation.
May require entry to mid-level computer skills.
May be required to lift to 25 lbs. as required by the job task
Working Hours are Monday-Thursday (6am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday), day shifts of 10 hours per day.

Primary Role:
Respond to service calls as needed.
Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines.
Communicate with crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met.
Support crew chief and other production personnel, as needed.
Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.
Results Expected:
Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders.
Communications to crew chief and customers are timely.

1. Executive: Manage Customer Satisfaction
