The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for providing the direction, organization, alignment, monitoring and cGMP compliance to ensure the successful, cost effective, timely and safe processing of customer orders. The position audits production room documentation, sampling requirements, reviews equipment challenges and that hourly in-process inspections have been performed within compliance. The Quality Auditor performs real-time batch record review during batch processing in order to drive improvements into our Right First Time (RFT) metrics. They are also responsible for leading and realizing continuous quality and process improvements on the production floor by mentoring, coaching and training their operational counterparts. Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities Perform production line clearance inspections after product and lot changes. Evaluate equipment high-risk areas in driving line clearance excellence. Verifies first & last piece inspections to ensure finished goods code, format, and expiration date are correct. Ensure equipment is packaged within validated parameters. Ensures equipment calibration dates are current and that all process equipment are within required specifications. Performs in-line review of batch record (MPI) to ensure equipment challenges and hourly inspections have been conducted and any non-conformances are addressed appropriately. Line of Business: Business Management, Strategy & Support Job Description: The Production Reporting Senior Manager, oversees and leads build out of processes and controls for the enterprise, part of a new KYC function accountable for designing and delivering KYC capabilities, and driving formalization of LOB process, controls, and procedures to comply with the enterprise KYC requirements. Depth & Scope: * Provide people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork, and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required. * Design and implement KYC production steering processes that align with regulatory requirements and related TD policies. * Partner with 2LOD, Lines of Business (LOBs) and KYC Product team to design and implement KYC controls and process governance to ensure accurate, complete and timely KYC documentation and verification processes. * Own the governance, adherence, and alignment of effective controls against the KYC standards. * Identify and execute on opportunities to improve effectiveness, control oversight, efficiencies, and client experience working with internal stakeholders and partners. * Evaluate levers that may include lean/process reengineering, automation, data and trigger analysis, and tools to support operational performance improvements. * Work closely with Internal and External audit teams to meet documentation requirements. * Ensures strong engagement with the KYC operations team, LOBs and 2LOD. * Provides support for execution of process and controls roadmap aligning to KYC vision. * Effectively identifies and manages stakeholder engagement and impacts across the enterprise for KYC. * Provides controls and risk input as needed into end-to-end integrated plan for KYC. * Support strategies and plans for resource management, requirements management, change management, business testing and quality assurance, in line with control objectives. Education & Experience: * Undergraduate degree * 7+ years relevant experience Preferred Qualifications * 10+ years of relevant financial services industry experience including 5+ years in roles supporting KYC, regulatory and/or operational reporting with a strong focus on process and control management. * Solution oriented, with ability to navigate the organization and make assessments and decisions with sometimes vague, incomplete, or partial context/parameters. * Independent thinker with exceptional analytical skills and strong business acumen. * High degree of personal initiative, with strong influencing and leadership skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing concise business messages, documents, creating impactful presentations, and presenting analysis to management and senior executives. * Proven ability to work with and build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues. * Undergraduate degree or training in data analytics, lean process methodology, internal auditing, or risk management would be beneficial. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
