Full-time Description ***THE HOURS FOR THIS JOB ARE 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM MONDAY - THURSDAY*** Our General Labor position is an entry level position that will include training in a variety of entry level skills and departments. You will learn valuable skills that will help you grow and succeed in hitting personal, department, and company performance metrics. This position is the starting point of growing a career with us. If you bring hard work and dedication, we will bring the training needed to be successful. - Sands defects and prepares surfaces for painting. - Lay out and mask parts appropriately. - Peal masking and prepare surface for additional paint or graphics - Maintain proper quality in accordance with the Quality Assurance Department - Maintain proper efficiency in accordance with Management driven goals - Maintain accurate production logs - Label and sign off on all parts and routers - Maintains solid communication with department leaders and Quality Assurance Department.. - Cleans and maintains department area. - Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of materials. - Flexible to assist in any production capacity in order to fulfill the needs of the business. - Other duties as assigned/ Flexing to different departments. Overtime must be approved by upper management.
