Review and process purchase orders from Retail, Trade and DTC with accuracy and timeliness
Follow-up with processing and provide tracking as needed for NK Collection item orders, inclusive of fabrics
Update vendor provided information, costs, and completion dates on trackers
Ensure all customer COM and COT are received and promptly transferred to vendors' facilities
Follow up with vendors to ensure orders are being delivered on a timely manner
Inform internal teams of any delays or quality issues
Receive and close Purchase Orders as they are delivered and QC approved
Utilize our Shopify point-of-sale platform to manage and track all furniture and lighting orders

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Thrift Store Manager, the Thrift Store Production Worker is responsible for assisting the production crew in cleaning, prep, and tagging merchandise such as clothing, books, electronics, shoes, accessories, household items, etc.

THRIFT STORE FLOOR PRODUCTION WORKER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Cleans, tags, and packs merchandise for pricing.
Determines which items are perishable and which are recyclable and discards unsellable items.
Assists other departments/positions, as needed.
Sets the pace for sorting.
Records production numbers daily. (i.e., carts, units, etc.)
Communicates regularly with management about store issues.
Actively engages customers on floor sales to increase donations and merchandise sales.
Ensures monthly revenue goals are met.
Provides excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers and donors; and responds to customer inquiries/complaints in a timely manner.
Ensures store and displays are maintained, clean, and attractive.
Maintains safety including all Health and Security policies and procedures.
Conducts tasks and other projects as assigned by the Thrift Store Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements:
THRIFT STORE FLOOR PRODUCTION WORKER EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION/LICENSURES/CERTIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Thrift store, retail store, warehouse, assembly line or restaurant experience, a plus.
THRIFT STORE FLOOR PRODUCTION WORKER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES:
Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, a plus.
Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Perform in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.
Ability to determine the value of donations.
Must exhibit strong customer service skills.
Clear communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent time management skills and detail oriented.
