Responsibilities * Operate, set up, and troubleshoot automated and semi-automated machinery used in the assembly and testing of electronic components. * Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency. * Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. * Load and unload materials and components into machines, ensuring correct placement and orientation. * Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications. * Record production data, including quantities produced, defects, and machine performance, in accordance with established procedures. * Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisory personnel. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles. * Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
