The Production Line Technician will be responsible for opening cheese cases and palletizing, and performing associated line tasks. Essential Duties: Assists in setting up equipment and preparing the area for operation. Opens cases and totes of cheese. Cuts and removes wrap from the cheese. Moves cases of product and raw material to and from the Production area using a hand jack or pallet truck. Cuts cheese into pieces with a hand knife and/or wire cutters. Performs quality inspections of finished product. Boxes finished product. Bag, weigh jars or tubs, and label product. Stack cases on pallets and stretch wrap pallet loads by hand or with a stretch wrap machine. Bale corrugated cardboard with a baler. Remove debris from the Production area.
