Unloads all Water Production chemicals using blowers, exhausters, pumps, valving and compressors.

Must be respirator fit test certified and be able to wear respirator. Visual acuity and color differentiation required for reading schematic diagrams and operational control equipment.

Inspects and measures work pieces to specifications.
Unload parts from machine, inspect parts for quality and place in appropriate containers.
Examines finished work pieces to verify conformance with specifications according to operator inspection sheet, quality control plans and/or customer notes using instruments such as gauges.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards.
Power up work cell, load jobs from memory stick, check gas, air supply, etc. Change gas, consumables, etc. as required.
Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
