We are seeking a motivated warehouse person to strive for excellence and help us maintain our commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. As a warehouse person at PACE Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products, as well as performing general warehouse duties such as picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to lift heavy packages, operate forklifts, and use hand-held scanners. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will interact with customers, suppliers, and team members on a daily basis. Schedule will be Monday- Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm. Must be available for overtime. Responsibilities Receive and prioritize orders through supervisor-issued work tags. Retrieve items from inventory using manual methods and/or forklifts. Prepare materials for delivery or pick-up by customers, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Verify the accuracy and timeliness of filled orders before delivery or pick-up. Complete bills of lading for materials being delivered to customers. Maintain organized files for customer pick-up orders, noting relevant information on invoices. Serve "Express Will Call Customers" promptly to expedite order processing. Assist with counter sales by entering orders into the system and pulling/loading orders. Foster a positive work atmosphere by cooperating and communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify. High school diploma/GED or equivalent education required. Warehouse, plumbing, retail/customer service and forklift experience is also desirable, but not required. For Lathes - run the cutting tool across the surface of the face of the flange to flush fit the flange onto the pipe Operator will work with pipe and flanges primarily from 3” to 24” in diameter, and lengths from 6 inches to 18 feet long.
