Education:

POSITION SUMMARY
Production Operators at RAS LaVrar facilitate the generation of legal documents and file them with the courts. Production Operators are not expected to draft pleadings. Individuals working in this position are responsible for operating processes which produce legal documents such as lawsuits, motions, and judgments in batches.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The following responsibilities are central to the role:
Produce legal documents in batches
Assess the results of automations which produce documents nightly
Navigate the firm's case management system
Assemble packages of documents both digitally and physically
File documents with the courts
Navigate a complex system of e-filing and paper-filing jurisdictions across multiple states
Deliver physical documents to the mailroom when filing in paper-file jurisdictions
Submit documents for filing via online portals when filing in e-file jurisdictions
Handle edge cases
Identify cases which fall out of the firm's production pipeline
Think critically to ensure cases with unique circumstances do not fall behind

Monitor the operation of the block plant and all associated equipment to detect, report and repair malfunctions.
Maintain, adjust and perform minor repairs on the block machine and associated equipment.
