Roles and responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency

Stripping forms by pulling finished cured goods off of forms and loading onto trailer.

What you will be doing

Set up machine, load and set up programs and operate machines.

Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Perform general preventive maintenance and repairs.
Maintain production documentations and records as needed.
Responsible for clean-up procedures.
Training new employees on proper procedures and techniques.
Clean up equipment and work area.
Participate in the development of work instructions or continuous improvement projects.
Reads and understands blueprints, specifications, dimensions, and routings.
Support the Safety and ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma /GED equivalent. Associates degree an added plus.
1-3 years of machinist experience preferred.
Requires basic mathematical, measuring, & computer skills.
Requires good oral and written communication skills to interact with other employees.

Electrical Production Worker Role
The Electrical Production Worker assembles electrical or electronic systems or support structures and installs components, units, sub-assemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment. This position will report to the Production Supervisor and is located in Niles, Illinois.
Duties and Responsibilities
Fabricate electrical sub-assemblies per detailed instructions
Wire custom control panels per detailed schematics
Hard wire equipment per drawings
Inspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and record results
Adjust, repair, or replace electrical component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications
Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths
Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
Continually improve processes to ensure safe, efficient, and quality driven practices are in place
Maintain a clean and safe environment through a continued program of daily sweeping and general cleaning
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and/or ten (10) + years of direct work experience without formal education
Position typically expects three (3) to five (5) years of direct/relevant experience based on scope of the position
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to read electrical schematics
Willing and able to work overtime as required
Possess problem solving capabilities
Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
Maintain composure in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Mission focused with a sense of urgency when required
Must have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment
