This position creates and packages products of various kinds. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare, Measure, and Kitt raw materials for production batches Receive, weigh, scan, and stage chemicals, ensuring accurate mixing ratios, increasing productivity, reducing waste, and minimizing chemical exposure for workers Organizing ingredients into "kits" (kits/kitting) for specific manufacturing steps to improve efficiency.
