Production Operator (Line 4) Performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of production processes and responsible for day to day operations associated with the production lines. Production line operation - 100% of the time Pulls work orders at the beginning of the shift and throughout the shift as needed, verifies work order labels and data, ensuring accuracy prior to starting production. Pulls case of appropriate product from pallet and pours into machine, Inspects product lab code, label, fill level, and cross-threads. Runs production equipment at standard rates set by company, performs torque test using meter on random sampling of completed. bottles hourly and records results. Packages filled bottles into trays, prints and labels boxes, prints and labels cases. Stops machine at the end of the run, cleans and maintains primary production machine and work area Performs basic trouble-shooting on machine, resolving basic problems, escalates machine problems to the Maintenance Team and or Lead as required. The duties described above are not inclusive. Additional duties may be permanently assigned or required from time to time due to the need to respond to customer needs and remain competitive in the marketplace.
