Monitor quality of product as it is discharged from forming machines, such as formation, stack configuration, print quality, delivery to packaging line, etc. Monitor the quality of the packaged product after passing through the packaging line. Execute and maintain all WSWD procedures and standards: Peer to Peer communication-Huddle to discuss status of production line with shift counterparts. Document productivity and losses Centerlines-Confirm machine settings and complete deviations when setting note to standard. CIL's-Clean and inspect equipment daily to find and report defects.
