Verify the piece count to match what was on the bar when loaded rejecting any pieces that do not meet YKK standards. Operate the unloading computer - After the employee determines how many pieces were defect- free, enter this information into the unloading computer along with rejected pieces. Operate Palletizer - Set the palletizer according to length of material to load finished material onto a pallet to send to the next process making sure spacers are between each layer. Send loaded pallets with finished material on the Norcon conveyor to the Packing area. Perform housekeeping duties at the end of each shift or when needed.
