Essential Job Duties and responsibilities:
Set up and operate production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Verify line settings (operations/packaging) of equipment per established specifications.
Maintains machinery to achieve optimum performance using tools available.
May make needed repairs to machinery with instruction from Production Supervisor or Management.
Interacts with quality control and other staff to ensure proper documentation is being filled out and quality control weights and measures are being documented.
Verify weights/measures of finished product during manufacturing per established specifications.
Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
Log data from testing performed, including weights and burst tank test.
Communicate to Supervisor/Management in a professional manner.
Follow and improve area processes as needed.
Housekeeping and sanitation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to follow direction and fill forms for providing in-process quality control measures.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively.
Reading and comprehension abilities.
Must be able to pass food safety training.
As needed, must be able to work all shifts, weekends.

Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent degree and training.

This position requires the regular use of F/F/S (form/fill/seal) machinery and other large equipment like the V-blender. Ability to interpret machine settings with some understanding of computer functions.

Seeking a detail-oriented Core Room Production Operator (CNC Operator / Production Technician) to operate CNC and fabrication equipment, produce parts to specification, perform setup and maintenance, execute quality inspections, and collaborate with Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, and Shop teams to ensure safe, efficient production and on-time delivery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate Core Room CNC and fabrication equipment per work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.
Perform machine setup, routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to maximize uptime.
Produce parts to engineering tolerances; perform in-process and final quality inspections and document results.
Complete production logs, run sheets, quality checks, job tickets and enter data into production systems/Excel/ERP.
Read and interpret technical drawings, cut lists, and production orders; take field measurements as required.
Coordinate with Schedule Coordinator, Shop Manager, Purchasing, and Engineering for production handoffs.
Support prototype builds, test runs, and continuous improvement initiatives with Engineering/R&D.
Stage, handle, and transport materials/final parts per process; maintain housekeeping and PPE compliance.
Assist other production areas as needed to meet plant output and KPIs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or manufacturing certificate preferred.
1-3 years production, CNC, woodworking, or fabrication experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and experience with CNC operation, setup, or manufacturing measuring tools.
Ability to read basic technical drawings and follow engineered work instructions.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, production tracking systems, ERP).
Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
Valid driver's license if travel between facilities is required.
Physical / Sensory Demands:
Frequent standing, walking, bending; repetitive hand and wrist movements.
Occasional lifting up to 25-60 lbs with assistance or mechanical aid as required.
Exposure to shop conditions (dust, heat, cold, noise); PPE required.
On-the-job training and cross-training opportunities included.

Job Description
* Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00+ DOE + $0.50/hr wage increase eligible after 90 days
* Paid Breaks & Lunch
* 12-hour shifts. 6 am-6 pm.
* Every other weekend off.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
* Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
* Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
* Maintains production, efficiency and quality records Other duties as assigned.

* Entry level position. No experience required
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
* Manufacturing. Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
* Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts
