Production Worker I - Resto Filling - Dept. # 3748 - 3rd Shift Job Summary: Performs manual and machine operation of various types of production equipment such as filling various components or containers, batching, labeling, machining, sorting, inspecting and packaging. Also includes responsibility for monitoring and assuring quality of product, making simple machine adjustments, keeping equipment in good working order, frequent cleaning of equipment and work area and counting and recording of production units and labor time. Reports to: Manager, Facility Operations or Supervisor, Production The Production Technician is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the management team and SOPs. These responsibilities include post-harvest tasks including the drying and curing stage all the way through trimming, packaging, and labeling the product. The Role As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, safely operating, and ensuring basic maintenance of a variety of pieces of automated and semi-automated machinery to make high quality cannabis products. Under the guidance of the management team, you will produce, package, and handle products, perform inventory duties, adhere to compliance requirements, and keep safety as your top priority while working daily in our facility.
