As one of the largest coffee roasters in North America, you will have an important role in helping us reach millions of coffee drinkers daily by ensuring our packaging lines are running efficiently.
Your main job will be operating an assigned production line, which requires computer skills. You will prepare the line for start-up - making sure coffee and packaging materials are on-hand for production. You will also be responsible for coordinating changeovers and communicating progress, changes, and/or issues on your line(s), as well as filling out paperwork relating to the daily production of your line.

Job Duties:
Prepare packaging lines for start-up, including checking production schedules and making sure coffee is available; ensure proper materials are on hand and ready for production; complete necessary paperwork
Coordinate changeover activities to help ensure all aspects of the process occurs quickly and efficiently with as little downtime as possible
Communicate activities (and changeovers) and any changes made on the line to coworkers and other necessary departments
Ensure all specifications are being followed
Ensure quality documentation and other paperwork is filled out correctly and completely
Track downtime
Adhere to all manufacturing practices and follow all safety and sanitation regulations
Prepare for next shift by communicating all necessary information, such as changes or issues
Attend and participate in daily production meetings, weekly team meetings, and any other plant meetings as needed
Meet with coworkers to discuss production issues and workflow
Abide by all OSHA regulations and ensure work areas are safe and free of safety violations; immediately report safety concerns and hazards or unsafe acts to supervisor or manager
Continuously monitor quality of output and check finished product for defects
Continuously monitor equipment to detect issues and share issues/concerns to maintenance and your supervisor
Participate in continuous improvement programs (such as problem-solving, open communication, and help with ideas for improvements
Demonstrate dependability and promote teamwork

Qualifications & Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred but not required
3-5 years of manufacturing experience strongly preferred, or functional experience in an industrial environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make independent judgments
Ability and willingness to work in a team environment and interact effectively as a team contributor supporting company initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Dependability, flexibility, and accountability are required skillsets for this role

Job purpose
To operate pillow-blowing machinery used to fill pillow shells with fiber or other material. Duties and responsibilities
Operate and Monitor the pillow-blowing machinery, adjusting settings (e.g., fill weight, material flow) to ensure consistent, high-quality pillow production.
Load raw filling materials (fiber, foam, etc.) into the machinery hopper and perform pre-operation checks.
Review filled pillows based on size, color, quantity, and fill consistency requirements.

Responsible for quality control by reviewing all incoming raw material and outgoing finished pillows for defects or improper fill.
Maintain the machinery, equipment, and surrounding work area in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.

About the Position
The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to process stock material requests, either system-generated or in-person counter requests, from various CWF or CWC staff for warehouse stock items and to fulfill such requests by pulling stock from its assigned storage bins or locations and turning it over to the requester. This position requires a combination of office work and field work. The technician will operate and maintain our facilities in a safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly manner which will include an on-call schedule. The job occasionally requires overtime and callouts on weekend, nights, and holidays. Working schedule will require some weekend work as directed by management. Employee must be able to access elevated electrical and mechanical equipment via ladders, scaffolding and man-lifts. Position may also require providing turnaround support within the region. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to develop working relationships with maintenance and operations personnel in a team environment.

Job Purpose
_Day Shift (6am-6pm)_
The Coil Coating Line Operator/Lamination Line Operator facilitates the completion of work plans as created by the Scheduler, Plant Manager, Manager, or department supervisors. The operator also ensures proper materials are used to meet quality standards, monitors and operates processes as assigned, and monitors and processes control equipment
Principal Accountabilities
+ Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment
+ Keep work area clean
+ Adhere to safety and environmental rules
+ Document the use of materials and time required in the production of materials and products
+ Control and operate equipment safely
+ Maintain quality standards by inspection of materials, control of process, and continuous sampling and testing of both product and process
+ Use scientific rules and methods to solve problems
+ Provide value to our customers through effective operations of assigned work area and support to the facility
+ Observe gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure machinery is working properly
+ Replenish inventory as needed
+ Support supervisors and team in training and cross-training efforts
+ Position requires use of an air purifying respirator
+ Must be able to maintain Forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi
+ Other duties as assigned by department manager
