Essential Functions & Responsibilities Cleaning and sanitizing topping, sauce and bakery equipment as required. Operating cleaning equipment such as the tote washer, floor scrubber and high-pressure cleaning devices. Disassemble / Reassemble processing equipment in a timely manner. Ensuring equipment passes pre-operating inspections and re- cleans as needed. Disposal of topping, sauce, and bakery waste. Cleaning moving and unguarded equipment in such as manner to prevent personal injury, equipment damage and production downtime. Ensuring hand and foot bath containers are filled at start-up. Ensuring hand soap, paper towels, gloves, and smocks are available for daily start-ups. Maintaining sanitary conditions in the washroom, chemical room, compacter area, welfare areas offices, maintenance areas and plant grounds.
