This is not an assembly line position - instead, you will work on custom, made-to-order wood products that require precision and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, values quality, and takes pride in producing work that meets our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor. Maintain accurate production records and logs. Assist with material handling and inventory management. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Learn and perform the assembly of custom wood acoustic products according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively. Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Inspect materials and finished products to verify quality standards are met. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines. Continuously develop skills to improve efficiency, craftsmanship, and product knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends. Previous woodworking, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred but not required - we provide training. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Ability to read and follow written instructions and measurements. Comfortable working with tools, wood materials, and finishing products. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
