Summary: We are looking for individuals with or without prior experience in production assembly. High attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and a team player are key qualities to be successful in this role. Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for laying up panels and liners prior to the work order to load and unload into the press and assembling precut material slices (Balsa, Aluminum, Nomex) into panels or liners. Will check core accuracy according to work order and that orders are properly signed off on. Prepare and stage all left over materials to be returned back to warehouse. Ensures all materials used are within shelf-life requirements. Makes sure housekeeping is being maintained and all containers are properly labeled. Qualifications: Minimum 1-year Manufacturing experience (Assembly/Machine Operating/Warehouse) Basic PC Computer Skills Must be able to lift, push & pull a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to reach, grab, pull and stand for entirety of shift. A minimum composite score of 240 on the Wonderlic Basic Math Skill Test is required.
