: The Packer is responsible for packing eggs into cases. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Includes the following. Other duties may apply or be assigned. • Inspects eggs prior to packing to ensure that they are clean and not cracked • Notifies supervisor of excessive dirty and/or cracked eggs • Packs eggs into cases or boxes • Checks dates on cartons to ensure that they are correct and legible • Clean transfer pans and glasses at the end of the shift • Removal of cracked and/or broken eggs • Removal of large dirty eggs • SQF compliant • Helps drive all of BFF's Environment Management Systems (EMS) in an impactful manner to include: monitoring/reducing operationally-related negative effects on the environment as well as pollution prevention.
