Apprentice Required Qualifications
Must have a High School diploma or GED
Must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) or ability to acquire it within 120 days of start date.
Must have successfully taken the EEI CAST Assessment
Must be totally committed to safety, quality work and customer service
Must be able and willing to respond to after hour and weekend call outs
Position could possibly require travel for extended time periods
Apprentices are required to attend 2nd, 3rd and 4th year apprentice schools
Must be mentally competent, able to communicate and able to comprehend instructions and build on previous experience
Must exhibit a teamwork attitude and be able to work with others
Must be of adequate physical stature to
Lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs
Climb wood poles up to 100' tall

Journey Worker Required Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
To be considered at the Journeyman level, must possess a Journeyman Lineman Certification that is approved by the Department of Labor.

Must successfully score on the Behavioral Assessment
Must be capable of performing all aspects of electric distribution overhead, underground, construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Must be available for emergency call-outs as per a schedule.
Must have effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Position could possibly require travel for extended time periods
Must be physically fit and able to lift objects up to 90 pounds, pass a physical examination and be able to perform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditions.
Experience with bucket trucks, digger derricks, trenchers and groundwork with utility line crew required

Completion of an approved apprentice line program is required

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
