Make the necessary changes to Mandrel, glass guide basket, and UL labels for product changes when necessary.
Adjust the label gun to the date code corresponding to the date.
Load the core tray with core, foil (silver) jackets onto machine table or black jacker onto reel holder, and load insulation into the insulation feeder machine.
Put the jackets on the Mandrel and start the jacket winder.
Operate the Duct Machine.
Roll the product to the bagger when complete.
Maintain area and always keep clean.
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work load is planned on an 8-9 hour work day, 5 days per week, in a non-stationary shop environment. Additional work hours may be required each day to meet team production goals. Duties involve standing and walking, and lifting product between 30 and 80 pounds. Product is generally lifted between floor and waist height, and majority of lifting as done as part of a two person team. Tables, lift carts, fork trucks, and cranes are available as needed.

This is a 12-hour night shift position, working 2/2/3 every other weekend. The hours are 630p-7a.
The Operator is responsible for operating a given number of plastic blow molding machines (including in-line equipment), and makes necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient and high quality manner. The primary duties of an Operator include:

Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment producing a container in a safe and high quality method.

Perform basic processing of injection and/or blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.

Monitor HDPE/PET resin (if applicable), dryer, material handling and color systems for appropriate processing conditions.
Make frequent on time quality checks on products being produced from established quality standards.
Assist other Operators and maintenance personnel on mechanical repairs.
Perform assigned preventative maintenance work.
Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.
Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.
Communicate with the Production Shift Supervisor to coordinate production line support staff in accomplishing the lines' objectives.
Verify material usage per standards
Perform minor troubleshooting and programming on the line. Notify leads and supervisors of any major problems or questions.
Operate equipment to minimize the generation and maximize the consumption of regrind, purge and scrap within customer specifications where applicable.
Properly identify regrind and chunk produced.
Communicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift. Assist other Operators as needed.
Assist in the training of new Operators.

A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing required.

What You'll Do:
Reference go ticket and physically count skeins.
Untangle skeins using a wheel.
Cut out knots and unmetallized areas of skeins.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions.
Clean and maintain work area to ensure operational efficiency.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
The Skills You'll Need:
Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
Ability to lift 10lbs frequently.
Ability to work in a team environment
Basic computer skills.
Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

As a Soiled Laundry Sorter, you will play a vital role in the very first step of our laundry process. Your primary responsibility is to sort soiled garments and linens, ensuring each item is correctly categorized for proper cleaning and processing. With your attention to detail, efficiency, and physical stamina, you help keep our laundry operations running smoothly and efficiently.
6am-4:30 (4 days per week)
Competitive weekly pay: $17.70 per hour
What You'll Do:
* Sort soiled garments and linens by color, fabric type, and laundering requirements.
* Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage, separating those that need special treatment or repairs.
* Operate sorting equipment safely and efficiently.
* Prepare and transfer counted soil items through the industrial washing and drying process.
* Maintain a clean and organized sorting area at all times.
* Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the overall laundry process.
Requirements
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Demonstrated record of reliable and consistent work performance.
* Dependable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time attendance.
* Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing up to 10 hours per day, bending, twisting, squatting, performing repetitive hand motions (such as grasping), and lifting at least 15 pounds.
* Perform all duties safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and company directives.
* Promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices to management.
