WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Diagnose machine problems, respond to fault lamp, and message displays, and adjust machine accordingly.
Load materials, clear material jams, and make minor machine adjustments.
Perform light machine maintenance.
Perform machine and area cleaning as described in work instructions.
Perform all quality checks and test as described in work instructions.
Order materials, verify materials and production specifications, perform quality checks, monitor and respond to KPI data prompts, set up machine for various product styles, and classify finished product through direct interaction with advanced Manufacturing Execution System and Document Management System, and other computer applications as appropriate.
Perform procedures and work assignments in keeping with Company safety rules and all other policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
2-5 years in a high-speed industrial production environment.

Carolina Precision Fibers is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operator
Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery according to company standards.
Ensure machinery is running smoothly and report any issues to supervisors.
Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during operation.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Assist with loading/unloading materials into machines as needed.
Forklift / Bobcat Operator
Safely operate forklifts or bobcats to move, load, and unload materials.
Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility.
Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs.
Support production teams by ensuring consistent material flow.
Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards.
Qualifications
Must have 1-2 years of experience operating machinery.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Previous machine operating or forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
Forklift certification is a plus; training can be provided.
Physical demands:
This position requires the ability to work on your feet for extended periods while operating machinery or equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees must be able to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed throughout the shift. The role involves frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, and handling materials or equipment. Operators must be able to safely enter and exit forklifts or bobcats, and work in areas where noise, dust, and moving machinery are present. Reliable coordination, attention to safety, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day are essential.
