Stays current and up to date on machinery for production set up as well as to troubleshoot for a variety of issues on assigned line, performs troubleshooting in order to maintain production efforts, fine tunes equipment including to but not limited to die adjustment, setting of edge pins, winder adjustments, etc. in order to ensure quality standards are met.
Completes all shift and line reports in a timely manner and assists in training of other production personnel
Monitors line and work area for cleanliness and performs periodic housekeeping tasks as needed to ensure clean and organized production floor

**Compensation**
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $16.66 - $17.50/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
