Requirements THRIFT STORE FLOOR PRODUCTION WORKER EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION/LICENSURES/CERTIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent, required. Thrift store, retail store, warehouse, assembly line or restaurant experience, a plus. THRIFT STORE FLOOR PRODUCTION WORKER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES: Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written, a plus. Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic. Perform in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills. Ability to determine the value of donations. Must exhibit strong customer service skills. Clear communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent time management skills and detail oriented. Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. Must be an effective team member. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Salary Description $17.87 - $19.40 (depending on experience)
