Your Responsibilities Support the Safety Manager in implementing and maintaining safety programs that comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Safety Standards & Regulations: Remain well versed on safety standards applicable to our industry and company needs. Inform and train managers and employees on safety requirements based on these regulations. Incident Management: Investigate workplace incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.Help to modify job or work as needed. Train the employee on safe work practices Site Inspections: Conduct regular field safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Propose and implement solutions and follow-up on corrective actions Safety Training: Develop and deliver employee safety training, specifically - Lock Out training on CNC metalworking or other industrial manufacturing equipment, Fall Safety, etc. Safety Equipment & PPE: Recommend necessary personal protective equipment based on the requirements of each role. i.e. lock out kits, fall protection gear, Arc Flash kits. lifting straps, AEDs, etc. Documentation & Third-Party Systems: Maintain accurate safety records. Assist with maintaining third-party pre-qualification systems, (Avetta, Browz, ISN, etc.) What We're Looking For Experience: 3-6 years in a safety-related role, preferably in a machine shop or metal manufacturing setting. Experience conducting safety training - LOTO, fall safety, etc. Experience administering third-party pre-qualification sites. Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 General Industry regulations, NFPA 70E standards, and ANSI guidelines Skills: Strong communication abilities to conduct training and present complex information effectively Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the flexibility to travel as needed Why Productivity? Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Instructor/Operator National Registered Paramedic (I/O-NRP) to join the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) team. The I/O-NRP role provides training support services for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC), which carries out medical instruction and skill validation for the 68W Combat Medic in accordance with accepted medical practices established by the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Directorate of Simulation Directorate (DOS) under the Combat Medic Sustainment Division (CMSD). The I/O-NRP will be capable of instructing a mixed population of inexperienced and seasoned soldiers across all MOSs. Training will be conducted in the classroom, simulation lab, and field settings. Normal working hours for this position are Monday through Sunday from 0800 - 1700 excluding Federal Holidays with an expectation of no more than 40 hours per work week with a one hour unpaid lunch daily. Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Instructor/Operator Support Services (I/OS) to join the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) team. The I/OS role provides training support services for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC), which carries out medical instruction and skill validation for the 68W Combat Medic in accordance with accepted medical practices established by the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Directorate of Simulation Directorate (DOS) under the Combat Medic Sustainment Division (CMSD). The I/OS will be capable of instructing a mixed population of inexperienced and seasoned soldiers across all MOSs. Training will be conducted in classrooms, simulation lab, and field settings. Normal working hours for this position are Monday through Sunday from 0800 - 1700 excluding Federal Holidays with an expectation of no more than 40 hours per work week with a one hour unpaid lunch daily.
