What You'll Do

What You Bring
3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, experience helpful)
Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Willingness to travel locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month
Compensation and Benefits

The Maintenance Team is responsible for assisting in the administration and maintenance of Vestas tools, and equipment; conducting reporting/inspection procedures, and assisting as directed with the day-to-day Maintenance initiatives within the factory locations. The Maintenance Team is responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, repairing, adjusting, and calibrating instruments/machines responsible for the manufacturing of turbine components.
Responsibilities
Work with in repairing and maintaining production machines and the factory's equipment
Coordinate the work order process and workflow optimization.
Ensure all forms of the work order and equipment tracking are used and completed daily
Maintain EAM database of new purchased equipment, existing equipment and maintain PM schedules. Facilitate factory tool calibrations and maintains all tool calibrations requirements.
Create requisition in SAP for tools, equipment, new parts, instruments, and supplies
Allocate team appropriately to support timely execution on work orders
Development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
Inspect and test shop equipment and new and repaired instruments to verify dimensions of parts and for conformance to quality control standards
Track process indicators and spare parts / labor consumption and equipment performance
Be first line of communication with equipment suppliers for quotes, orders and support for troubleshooting equipment. Host suppliers on site when required in accordance with Vestas safety procedures
Provide Department Manager with equipment status reporting; including routine maintenance and damaged equipment for return to service estimations

Education, Training, and Skills Required:

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Electronic Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced CNC machine shop. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical systems including CNC equipment, computers, industrial controls, A/V systems, and support machinery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using diagnostic tools, interpreting schematics, and working with high-voltage equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and other electronic/mechanical systems
Use tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ammeters, VOMs, chart recorders, and signal generators
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer manuals
Calibrate, align, and maintain machinery to meet operational standards
Maintain accurate repair and calibration records via computer
Diagnose and repair A/C, heating, and ventilation systems
Work on hydraulic, pneumatic, and bearing systems
Operate tool room equipment to machine replacement parts
Scrape machine ways to original tolerances when required
Perform repairs safely, especially when working with high-voltage equipment

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 200 hours of formal electronics training OR 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics/instrumentation
Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical schematics
Working knowledge of electronic components, including solid-state devices (transistors, diodes, SCRs)
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Familiarity with bearings and lubricants used in industrial machinery
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Ability to machine small parts using tool room equipment is a plus
Must comply with all electrical safety protocols

POSITION SUMMARY
Maintenance Technicians work within a facility management organization that provides a variety of operation and maintenance services within a 24/7/365 environment that includes clean room manufacturing and office space. Under the supervision of the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks, building/equipment inspections, equipment repairs/modifications, and general labor. The Maintenance Technician ensures ProMed's brand, philosophy, systems, policies, and procedures are properly implemented and observed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Use testing equipment such as power meters to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
Maintain and repair plumbing systems to include water pumps, bathroom fixtures, flush valves and minor drain maintenance as needed.
Inspect or maintain all life safety equipment, including exit signs, emergency lighting, eye wash stations, AED's, fire extinguishers and fire protection systems.
Use hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance ranging from a complete overhaul to replacing defective components that meet the manufacturer's specifications.
Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance duties on production equipment.
Troubleshooting and repair of down equipment
Must be available for on-call as needed and/or scheduled
Hazardous Waste handling
Identifies and implements a comprehensive education plan to continually advance technical skills and personal development as well as enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Participates in project planning.
The employee is expected to develop acceptable work habits, skills, knowledge, and contributions consistent with the Maintenance position level.
This job also requires performing other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install various types of production equipment throughout the facility
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance tasks such as greasing machinery, filling hydraulic fluids, and replacing belts or other worn parts
Maintain, repair, or replace grinders, augers, pumps, motors, and gear boxes
Promptly respond to emergency radio calls; work efficiently to repair machinery with minimal downtime
Completely repair equipment or ensure proper hand-off before leaving facility
Assist Environmental Systems Maintenance Technicians in changing out chemicals in air scrubbers and wastewater systems and maintaining wastewater buildings, unpressurized pipes, and pond drains
Maintain all water, grease, or oil distribution systems
Operate skid steers, forklifts, payloaders, telehandlers, bucket trucks, boom trucks, and aerial lifts
Correctly operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment such as acetylene torches, air plasma cutters, and TIG welders
Perform building repairs and complete general handyman duties such as fixing holes in concrete, moving office furniture, etc., as requested; special projects may be assigned based on individual talents and skillsets
Complete small electrical or plumbing projects; escalate to an in-house specialist as needed
Document materials used and time spent on maintenance projects; turn in records and communicate supply needs with the Parts Coordinator, as needed
Assist the Parts Coordinator with inventory cycle counts, as requested
Transport and deliver parts and equipment to outside businesses or other FUI divisions, as needed
Follow all company safety policies, practices, procedures, and improvement initiatives
Comply with all regulatory compliance requirements including environmental and food/feed safety
Maintain positive relationships with others and assist production or other maintenance personnel, as necessary
Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean work environment, as needed
Maintain regular and predictable on-site attendance

Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a mechanical and/or electrical discipline; experience in food/feed production, a plus
Experience operating welding or metal fabrication equipment; pass a weld test during onsite interview
Experience operating a skid steer and forklift, preferred; pass in-house Forklift Certification once employed
Ability and interest in attaining boilers and/or wastewater licenses, preferred
Experience with plumbing and/or electrical, a plus
Knowledge of safety procedures including, but not limited to, confined space entry, line opening, fall protection, lockout tagout, and hot work
Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers and follow written and/or verbal instructions

Asistir al Coordinador de Repuestos con los recuentos cíclicos de inventario, según se solicite
Transportar y entregar repuestos y equipos a empresas externas u otras divisiones de FUI, según sea necesario

Position Overview: Cirrus is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair building systems and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repairs.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training in building maintenance or related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS).
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
