Mr. Kratz served as the Executive Chairman of Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. since October 2006 until February 2008. From February 2006 to December 2011, Mr. Kratz was a member of the Board of Directors of Cal Dive International, Inc., a publicly traded company, which was formerly a subsidiary of Helix. He has been a Director of Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc., since 1990. He serves as a Director of Well Ops Inc. Mr. Kratz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
