**You Are:**
The IAM Configurator/Administrator Associate Director plays a critical role in the implementation and ongoing support of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) by managing and optimizing identity and access management systems. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IAM solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to NOC and SOC tools, systems, and data. The IAM Configurator/Administrator works closely with various teams to align IAM practices with operational needs and security requirements. This IAM Configurator/Administrator role is crucial for ensuring secure and efficient access to NOC and SOC resources while maintaining a strong security posture. **The Work:**
+ Develop and maintain the IAM strategy for NOC and SOC environments
+ Align IAM solutions with overall security policies and compliance requirements

+ Collaborate with system administrators to resolve integration challenges
+ Create and maintain documentation for IAM procedures and policies
**Here's What You Need:**

Your Job Responsibilities:
You will receive training and mentoring on the following job duties: (no need to have experience yet!)
Coordinate with team members to process project documentation including specifications, reports, meeting minutes and other documents.
Edit reports for clarity and presentation.
Process sub-consultant agreements, change order management.
Assist in establishing project deliverable information, issuing to team members, tracking deliverables, and providing “day-of-deliverable” support.
Perform routine audits of project directory to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
Your Requirements and Qualifications:
An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
Must maintain safe driving record and valid Colorado Driver's License for occasional deliveries or pick-ups.
Requires the ability to pass background checks, security screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and/or Federal contracts.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Hourly range of $26 - $28.85 per hour (approximately $55,000 - $60,000 annually) and will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.

Job Summary
The Project Engineer Intern supports project teams in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects across various industries and technical disciplines. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world construction operations, providing opportunities to learn how projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Interns may be assigned to different end markets, services, and geographic locations based on business needs and individual interests.
Essential Job Responsibilities
AssistProject Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents with day-to-day project activities
Support document control efforts, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications
Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
Participate in quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, and budget support activities
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Attend project meetings, site walks, and safety briefings
Help maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements
Support quality control and safety initiatives on the jobsite
Perform additional duties as assigned to support successful project delivery
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
Strong interest in construction and project delivery
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with construction software is a plus
Willingness to travel or relocate temporarily based on project needs
Preferred:
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Familiarity with construction software
Experience in construction, industrial services, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive, multi-site organizations
