Job Description Professional Maintenance Company is looking to hire a Floor Tech to help keep our customer's facilities clean and up to expected standards. This position will be in Prince George, VA and is a part time opportunity Pay Rate of $12 per hour Essential Functions Follow all company safety policies and procedures Able to adapt to changing schedules and/or tasks as required Ability to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills Follow direction of Management to perform tasks in a timely manner Performs maintenance of floors to include, cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing on a routinely basis. Expected to demonstrate proper use of chemicals and other supplies Respond to emergency request as needed Properly use cleaning equipment including strippers and buffers Other cleaning duties as needed. We will be taking additional measures with the cleaning to prevent the spread of covid-19. We ask that you wear a face covering while on the job Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must possess a valid drivers license Must be willing to go through a background check Must be able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for periods at a time Must be able to lift, carry and pull items up to 30 lbs. #INDHP
