Our Professional Services Consultant role is an opportunity to learn SaaS implementation life cycle and consultative skills to implement LeanData as part of the Professional Services organization. We are looking for high energy candidates that are keen to learn and have an inclination towards technology and customer success. This is a strategic and highly visible role, requiring partnering with both external and internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, as well as various Sales and leadership roles. The role requires to learn and develop expertise in LeanData products, business process in Lead to Account routing, putting together customer project plans, learning the LeanData implementation methodology for the successful deployment of the product to our customers.

Responsibilities: Focus is learning and becoming a team contributor in a short period of time Learn about LeanData, its customers, products and managing product implementation Become an expert at Salesforce.com and gain knowledge about the Sales/Marketing operations landscape Manage implementations for our small/medium business clients with a focus on stewarding these to completion with a high level of customer satisfaction Participate in (and eventually lead) client meetings and demonstrate ability to contribute to meeting's outcomes Collaborate with other teams (Dev, Product, Sales, etc.), as needed for the implementation Learn about common customer questions and issues, and be able to troubleshoot these

Requirements:1-2 years prior relevant internship or work experience in SaaS or related technology Excited about immersing yourself in the world of Revenue Operations, technology and customer evangelism Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented startup environment Proactive about finding learning opportunities Obsessed with going above and beyond and delivering a great customer experience Would be a plus if you have experience in customer-facing role and/or experience with Salesforce.com or marketing automation platforms
This is a fully remote position in the Atlanta, GA or San Francisco Bay Areas.

The salary range for this role is between $50,000 and $90,000 depending on skills, location and experience.

Red Team Services is a practice within BlackBerry Spark Professional Services who conduct all offensive security focused assessments. The engagements delivered by this group range from results oriented red team assessments to embedded systems reverse engineering and exploitation and everything in between.

The
Professional Services - Red Team Security Consultant
will deliver consistent, technically sound high-quality engagements. This consultant will deliver many of the core Red Team Services and possess an authority skill level in multiple fields. Consultants must have validated time and project management capabilities. They exercise wisdom, excel at communication and setting expectations, and complete short and long-term red team engagements.


What you will do


Deliver high-quality red team work to critical customers. Collaborate on research, whitepapers, and conference talks to drive awareness of the practice's expertise and capabilities Contribute to tool development, both software and hardware, as well as processes and infrastructure, to advance the capabilities of the practice Be able to travel to customer locations up to 10%; otherwise, you will work remotely.



Who we are looking for


4 years' experience as a penetration tester in your area of expertise with a minimum 2 years' consulting experience preferred. A passion for challenging technical work and the desire to constantly push yourself and excel in both your chosen specialties and new subject areas. A strong curiosity and desire to discover how a thing works (and how it can be broken) that takes you down the rabbit hole, but also the pragmatism and time management to know when to let it go and try to a different approach. A desire to share knowledge with your teammates and in turn learn from others. Strong attention to detail and the compulsion to deliver amazing work as a point of professional pride. Strong communication and report writing skills, with the ability to succinctly convey technical topics to a non-technical audience. Exercising good judgment in setting customer expectations, but always meeting those expectations once set. Deep knowledge in some of the following technical subject areas: Mobile Application Penetration Testing Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) Web Application / Web API Penetration Testing Network Penetration Testing 802.11 Wireless Penetration Testing Embedded Systems / Hardware Penetration Testing Social engineering tactics and techniques Windows/Linux/UNIX/OSX internals Interpreted languages (Ruby, Python, PHP, etc.) Compiled languages (Java, C, C++, Assembly, etc.)
