EXACTA Land Surveyors is one of the nation's premier residential and commercial land surveying companies. Exacta provides services in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, Florida, and Texas. Services include residential, commercial, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys with a commitment of accurate and timely delivery to our clients. Our surveys provide an important component for real estate type transactions involving buyers and sellers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents.
Survey Scout Trainee Position Summary:
Under the supervision of an assigned Regional Field Manager, the Survey Scout is responsible for discovering property corner monuments and performing preliminary reconnaissance in preparation for the arrival of a survey crew. The survey scout will use a magnetic locator (metal detector) and a shovel to discover and expose property corner monuments. Safe operation of a company vehicle is a must as the Survey Scout will frequently travel between job sites on a daily basis. Survey Scouts will be trained to understand legal survey documents including legal descriptions, property deeds, sub-plats, and tax maps. It is intended that the Survey Scout will progress through a well-ordered Survey Scout Training Program that will develop the Scout into a Survey Field Crew Chief. As such, the Scout must show initiative and motivation while progressing through the program. This work is performed outdoors year-round in various weather conditions. Requires the ability to move in various standing and sitting positions and the ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally (with assistance).
Survey Scout Trainee Position Schedule
Monday through Friday with some weekends required during seasonal months. Employees start their workday when departing from home in a company vehicle.

Requirements
Survey Scout Trainee Position Responsibilities:
Must be a motivated self-starter who is capable of working with limited supervision.
Must be responsible and detailed oriented.
Able to work individually or in a team environment if required.
Assist in the care of survey equipment and company vehicles.
Able to remove debris, trash, brush, and other items that may interfere with the scouting process.
Work scheduled overtime and/or weekends required to complete job assignment deadlines.
Consistently work scheduled shifts according to company policy and attend scheduled daily check-in meetings.
Fully adheres to Exacta's policies, procedures, and work directives.
Perform all duties as assigned to meet business needs in a safe, ethical, and professional manner.
Provide courteous customer service as necessary.
Survey Scout Trainee Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets our insurance requirements.
Willingness to learn standard principles, terms, and applications of land surveying.
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate with team members and the public.

Requirements, as an Area Scouts Evaluator:
As an Area Scouts Evaluator, you will be required to:
Have a minimum of two (2) years experience in the sport you wish to work in.
Verify your experience/reputation via a 10 minute interview process, in the event that we are not able to verify this information internally.
Pass a Worldwide / National Background Check, upon acceptance into the program.
Complete the Area Scouts Training, prior to working with our athletes.
Responsibilities, as an Area Scouts Evaluator:
As an Area Scouts Evaluator, you will be responsible for:
Working with youth athletes, of all ages, some of which are currently onboard the Area Scouts platform, and some of which are interested in joining the Area Scouts platform, in or around your territory.
Athletes under the age of 16 require parental consent to join the program
Partnering with, and/or working with local and national sports organizations and sports facilities, that are in or around your territory, or that have been assigned to you by the Area Scouts Operations Team.
Weekly Responsibilities, as an Area Scouts Evaluator:
Make initial contact with the athletes/parents, as they come onboard the platform.
Identify the athlete's needs, maintain consistent contact, and assist as needed.
Direct the athlete/parents to the development calendar (located on the platform), where they will book a day/time that works around both of your schedules.
Business / Athlete volume may require some flexibility in your schedule.
On the date of the scheduling, you will meet the athletes/parents in person, conduct the initial Area Scouts B.A.S.E. Evaluation™, along with any subsequent evaluations which were requested upon evaluation / event scheduling.
Depending on each athletes individual results from their specific Sport, Position, and Skillset evaluations, the athletes will receive INSTRUCTIONS and/or individual CORRECTIVE MEASURES through their Area Scouts Profile Dashboard or *Mobile Application.

The INSTRUCTIONS / CORRECTIVE MEASURES that are delivered to the individual athletes have been designed and created by the Area Scouts Team Of Sports Advisors and Directors, specifically to address each individual athlete's needs. i9 Sports is the nation's first and largest youth sports league franchise in the United States with over 650,000 members spanning more than 700 communities from New York to Hawaii. i9 Sports offers youth sports leagues, camps and clinics for boys and girls ages 3-14 in today's most popular sports such as ag football, soccer, basketball, and baseball. Reinventing the youth sports industry, customers enjoy the i9 Sports Experience which emphasizes fun, safety and convenience as well as teaching the value of good sportsmanship.
Responsibilities may include (but not limited to) the following: ***Candidate must reside in the Salt Lake Metro area***
Assist in managing game day operations, the on-field customer experience and pre-season, local marketing campaign.
Educate our customers about our programs
Assist in building our membership/registration base
Assist in setting up and breaking down fields and courts on game days
Set up and breakdown booth/canopy at in-person informational events
Interact with customers and educate them on the i9 Sports Experience
Distribute fliers to schools, day care facilities and other local businesses
Set up/Take down road signs
Implement additional guerrilla marketing tasks
Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered
Observe, assess, and assist our volunteer coaches. The position entails hands on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skills levels
Qualifications:
Sports experience preferred but not required
Responsible, well organized
Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Currently enrolled in a university or college
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Self-motivated, hard worker
Calm under pressure
Positive, dynamic, energetic and friendly attitude

OVERVIEW:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Builds student base by creating safe environments for all Golfers, provide high quality instruction, and build long lasting relationships with each student. Talk with clients to identify strengths and weaknesses of swing / game, get to root of students' lesson goals, and act as Trusted Advisor for each respective student. The Golf Professional will seek out information and opportunities to develop self to become a better teacher. Ensure teaching concepts are directed toward students understanding and adjust teaching style to best facilitate students learning. The Golf Professional is continuously looking for new and creative ways to build a robust student base, striving to meet and exceed the financial and metric goals for the role.
The Golf Pro is directly involved in community outreach by partnering with local organizations to teach, support, and spread awareness of the Dick's House of Sport experience. Our Professionals are leading initiatives within their local community to promote our services - Fitting, Lessons, Club Tech, specialized service through the variety of departments and how we would like to create lasting relationships with each Golfer, no matter where their Golf journey may take them.
Golf Professional works collaboratively with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience with each student. That may come in the form of interacting with Fitters / Golfers during Fittings, offering suggestions or advice on lesson plans to improve swing / game, sharing knowledge, experience and expertise with fellow teammates and Golfers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years experience
Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training
PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1,2,3 or interested in becoming a PGA/LPGA Member through our PGA/LPGA Associate Program
Trackman Level 1 & 2
Ability to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for golf equipment & related technology
Desire for continued learning (self) and teaching others
Stays current with industry trends

Targeted Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $61,000.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits.
