Monitors and replenishes ice, fruit, beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and glasses throughout the shift as needed in both the general and VIP areas. Responds to bartender calls for bar needs. Clears bar and tables as needed. Prepares a requisition for bar needs that were depleted during shift. Keeps work prep and serving areas clean according to State Board of Health standards. Presents a clean and professional appearance at all times. Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times. Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to guest inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude. Perform other duties as assigned.
