Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform general administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and light domestic travel.

Review AR reports and post charges as assigned
Assist Property Managers with maintenance and repair proposals
Prepare effective emails and letters to vendors and tenants
Provide additional daily support to Property Managers as needed
Other administrative and light accounting duties as assigned

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
Experience with Yardi Systems, Slack, Zoom, and Asana

Getty Foundation grants are a key component of Getty's PST ART, empowering the region's nonprofit arts organizations to research, design, and implement groundbreaking exhibitions and programming under a unifying theme. In 2011, the first edition of PST ART, Pacific Standard Time: Art in LA 1945-1980, rewrote the history of modern art from the perspective of the region. In 2017, the second edition, PST: LA/LA, put Latin American and Latinx art in dialogue with Los Angeles. The third, recently completed edition, PST ART: Art & Science Collide, explored the intersections of art and science-past, present, and in the imaginable future. This landmark regional series will now occur every five years beginning in 2030.
The Position
Working closely with the Creative Director of PST ART and the Foundation Associate Director, the Program Officer will be responsible for PST ART grantmaking across the five-year cycle, including funding rounds for exhibition research and implementation, and for programming. The Program Officer will help develop grantmaking strategies; design, implement, and promote calls for proposals; work closely with grantee organizations to offer support and ensure success over the life of the grant; and regularly evaluate and enhance the grantmaking approach over time. The Program Officer may also support other grantmaking activities to be determined based on their skills and experience and on the evolving needs of the Foundation's grantmaking.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, public policy, criminal justice, public administration or related field. Related training and/or additional related work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience working with compliance programs or other relevant state and/or federal regulations, collective bargaining, or policy administration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing complex data and preparing reports.
Experience working with legal counsel and understanding legal documentation and requirements.
Familiarity with CSU policies, collective bargaining agreements, and public sector labor relations.

Position Summary:

Lead set-up and break-down of assigned programs and maintain program-specific equipment and LA Galaxy-branded clothing.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency

Must be excited to work with children in a group setting, with classes ranging in size from 3 to 12 players.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

About the Role
As a Program Coordinator II - you will deliver engaging pedestrian and bicycle safety education to K-12 students, collaborate with school and district partners, and assist in coordinating community events. * Ability to instill and nurture enthusiasm in students about biking or walking safely and the benefits of other modes of active transportation.
* Exceptional classroom management skills.
