    Job DescriptionGroup and Job Profile Guidance: The Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) program considers emerging technologies and the increasingly complex and dynamic joint, multi-domain operational environment to develop non-material solutions intended to enhance the United States' operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability in combat. Primary Job Functions: As a member of the Joint Test & Evaluation Support Cell (JTSC) this individual will support the programmatic evaluation and analysis of Combatant Command Test Nominations and subsequent approved execution. •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) projects and enhance operational decision-making.•Apply statistical methods, modeling & simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to assess joint military operations and improve mission effectiveness.•Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize military operations, force readiness, and strategic planning.•Utilize computer-based analytical tools to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.•Identify risks, limitations, and operational challenges in joint military environments and recommend analytical solutions.•Applying process modeling and analytical techniques to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.•Conducting problem decomposition, concept development, and data-driven analysis to support joint military operations.•Providing parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods. Qualifications and Experience:•Master's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.•A Master's Degree in a non-technical field may be substituted with 10+ years of ORSA-related experience in military or government civilian experience.•Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with an additional 5 years of ORSA-related experience (totaling 10 years) may also be considered.•Proficiency in statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and human factors analysis.•Experience developing test and evaluation plans.
