    Oversee on-going intake, registration, and testing activities for assigned program and monitor budget activities. In-person work on campus is an essential function of this position.Provide administrative office support for assigned program. Establish and maintain records, compile data, and prepare and submit reports. Assist with the development of account budgets and expenditure and revenue forecasts. Track and monitor expenditures, identify problems, and advise as appropriate. Receive and organize documents. Enter data into computer system, generate internal/external billings, ensure accuracy, resolve billing questions, and correct errors. Assist with review and maintenance of student academic and clinical confidential records. Maintain faculty confidential clinical clearance records. Assist with program and division meetings including advisory committee meetings, student orientation, completion ceremonies, and staff meetings. Provide support for program public offerings, such as vaccination clinics and resource fairs as needed. Prepare office reports for copier usage and general office equipment. Attend program meetings and events district-wide as required. Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications: 1. Associate's Degree and two (2) years of related experience, or 30 credit hours and four (4) years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
