The Maternal Program Coordinator is a professional nurse with perinatal experience who has the authority and oversight responsibilities for the provision of maternal services through all phases of care, including discharge, and identifying variances in care for inclusion in the maternal QAPI plan. The Maternal Program Manager (MPM) will collaborate with the Maternal Medical Director (MMD), Neonatal Program, consulting physicians, nursing leaders and units providing maternal care to include developing, implementing or revising policies and procedures. The MPM assures compliance with the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) maternal designation standards under the direct supervision of the MMD, L&D Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), and Women's Services Director of Nursing. The MPM consistently reviews the maternal care provided to ensure the Maternal QAPI Plan is specific to maternal and fetal care, data drive, and outcome based. The program manager will lead and participate in the maternal program oversight and develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with other MPMs of designated maternal facilities within the applicable PCR.

- Learn and follow Centers HHSC and TDPRS guidelines and policies in reference to the childrens program and government protocols for handling mandatory reporting of child abuse/neglect cases.
- Ensure support and follow up with children and their parents regularly.
- Provide hospital accompaniment to support sexual assault survivors during sexual assault examinations, on a monthly on-call and rotation basis for 4 shifts per month, of which two are evening or weekend.
- Rotate 24-hour supervision of the Shelter (through established on-call system) with other designated supervisors.
- Supervise volunteers and/or interns which may be assigned to childrens program. Work closely with Volunteer Coordinator to assure volunteer/intern tasks are assigned appropriately, orientation provided, and evaluation process completed.
- Facilitate conflict resolution between clients and/or staff.
- Keep current records and statistics on activities, case notes, and maintenance of child files, including inputting data into data system.
- Participate in case staffings as needed.
- Participate in development and ongoing evaluation of the childrens programs.

- Provide professional development to CASFV staff related to the childrens program.
- Plan and coordinate other special activities, such as camp programs, spring, summer and fall, and other activities.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required • No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualification:
• One (1) year of customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers • Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers • Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes • Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds • Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary • Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary • Complete thorough Incident Reports
