QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, International Relations, or related discipline) or a minimum of 11+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or interagency organizations. Demonstrated experience with: Early adoption of new and emerging technologies. Understanding and evaluating emerging technology trends and their operational implications. Developing or executing cross-functional technology strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
