Purpose of Position This position is responsible for performing drug & alcohol tests in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT)/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations and Company Policy, as well as all associated administrative duties. Testing includes pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, return-to-duty & follow-up tests Tasks and Responsibilities * Must have, or successfully attain, DOT Urine Collection & Breath Alcohol Technician certifications in order to perform DOT regulated drug & alcohol tests. Will maintain proper storage & organization of chain of custodies ensuring proper preparation for pick-up & shipment to the Lab. Maintains adequate materials & supplies for collections. * Responsible for scheduling and notification of random drug & alcohol tests. Some nights & weekends will be involved that can be scheduled in advance. * Responsible for contacting new hires and scheduling pre-employment drug tests * Assist with Previous Employer information for incoming & exiting employees * Keep track of leave of absence info and revise list quarterly * Act as back-up to Manager, Drug & Alcohol Programs Note: It is not possible to list all required job duties on this form. ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON Job Responsibilities Ability to diagnose roof leaks, and Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs. Small repair jobs and roof maintenance Job Qualifications: Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety. Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.
