Work under the direction of the Site Coordinator. Work as an in-ratio staff at assigned site(s) and/or different programs in our county. Maintain a stable, safe and well-disciplined childcare environment with set expectations for both youth and staff. Provide direct supervision of all youth and ensure a child is never left alone. Prepare lesson plans using approved curriculum and support overall program design.
