* Design and Implement a Global Sales Training Framework: Develop a comprehensive training framework that addresses the needs of our diverse sales teams across various regions. This includes creating a blend of in-person, eLearning, and virtual training modules that cater to different learning styles and market requirements.
* Create Scalable Training Solutions: Build adaptable training programs that incorporate cutting-edge methodologies and industry best practices. Ensure that the content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with our strategic goals, enabling our sales force to stay ahead in a dynamic market environment.
* Foster a Culture of Coaching and Development: Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance coaching interactions and develop strategies that promote accountability and effectiveness. Provide managers with the tools and resources needed to support their teams' growth and development.
* Evaluate and Optimize Training Effectiveness: Implement robust systems to assess the impact of training initiatives. Gather and analyze feedback to continuously refine and improve training programs, ensuring they evolve to meet the changing needs of our sales organization.
* Engage with Global Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with sales leaders and key stakeholders across the organization. Work collaboratively to ensure training programs are tailored to meet local needs and are effectively communicated and supported at all levels.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (completed and verified prior to start).
* Seven (7) years combined experience in sales enablement, learning & Development, or sales training within complex global environments in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Proven ability to design, develop, deliver, and measure high-impact learning programs for sales teams
* Strong understanding of sales processes, field operations, CRM systems (Salesforce), and GTM operations
* Demonstrated success driving behavior change and adoption through learning and reinforcement
* Strong facilitation and communication skills across global audiences
* Experience managing LMS systems and partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders
* Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning, and blended learning approaches
* Comfortable balancing strategic program design with hands-on execution and delivery
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25-40%) to deliver training and support regional adoption

* This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, or another 3M location.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $104,000 to $137,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. This position is directly supervised by the Youth Department Administrator and will work in collaboration with the Intergenerational Programs Manager, other departments and partners. All activities will be provided in a culturally and linguistically responsive environment to support the holistic health and independent living of Latine families.
Job Responsibilities
Logistic coordination and implementation of activities and processes assigned by the Youth Program Administrator.
Facilitate or co-facilitate group sessions with youth and/or families at Centro Tyrone Guzman and/or partner schools.
Provide positive behavior guidance for program participants.
Maintain positive communication, collaborative and respectful relationships with
coworkers/parents/guardians/community.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of participants including attendance and evaluation surveys among
others.
Foster collaboration with local schools, universities, and community organizations.
Make appropriate internal/external referrals for program participants/families.
Maintain private and confidential data in accordance with state and federal laws.
Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and culturally responsive social environment.
Maintain a clean, safe environment (building, playground, vans, etc.)
Assist in facilitating family projects and events.
Assist the Administrator in preparing reports for funders and stakeholders.
Provide transportation for youth participants as needed.
Participate in professional development activities as assigned.

Program Responsibilities
Support the families you serve to engage more meaningfully with the MPS School Board by building awareness of board roles, decision-making processes, and opportunities for public participation.
Equip families with the information and tools needed to understand their school and program options and support them in making informed decisions that reflect their children's needs and aspirations.
Engage with the Minnesota Literacy Coalition (MLC) and support both staff and families in understanding literacy legislation and advocacy efforts, including the Science of Reading and its impact on instruction.
Support staff and families in exploring the concept of Innovation Zones as a potential systems solution by building understanding and gathering community feedback on their opportunities and implications.
Distribute GMS K-12 Family Resources to the communities you serve, and help measure their effectiveness in improving family engagement, access to support, and student outcomes.

The role of the Children's Program Coordinator is to work closely with community agencies to develop positive relationships to include but not limited to the Public School District, and other community support systems. This position also works with the Site Director to implement grant-funded activities and complete programming evaluation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the children's program staff. This includes the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
2. Regularly work in the programs for each age group including programming for school aged children.
3. Ensure that the grants associated with children's programming are carried out as designated by each grant source.
4. Meet individually with each family as they enter our family supportive housing program to assess the needs of the children and provide service support for the entire family.
5. Determine early identification of social/emotional/developmental needs and referrals to appropriate agencies.
6. Complete the ASQ: SE assessment on all children in the program.
7. Create individual plans for all children in the program with input of parents/guardians.
8. Evaluate progress of all children in the program.
9. Maintain documentation as it relates to the assessments.
10. Teach and educate other program staff on behavior modification techniques and options for individual children as needed.
11. Teach problem solving, conflict resolution, and social skills to children.
12. Involve children in social change activities relating to their lives.
13. Provide opportunities for children to further their cultural identity.
14. Provide monthly childcare for community meetings.
15. Maintain regular open communication with parents/guardians.
16. Enter client information into database such as COR Advantage, and assist with the preparation of data reports.
17. Keep incident/accident reports.
18. Maintain budget as assigned by supervisor.
19. Report any suspect abuse to supervisor.
20. Attend regular meetings with management and team.
21. Participate in on-site monitoring by funding sources.
Requirements
Preferred Experience:
Degree in early childhood education or equivalent with a minimum of one year experience working with low-income and homeless children and families. Experience supervising others is required. This position requires a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. This person must pass and maintain Minnesota Background Study clearance.

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
This Engineering Innovation Leader supports the innovation pipeline - from problem discovery and ideation through evaluation, proof-of-concept, and hand-off into development. It combines strategic portfolio management with hands-on leadership of the innovation process, design-thinking workshops, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate concept maturation and de-risk early-stage initiatives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Drive rigorous evaluation and portfolio decisions: Apply standardized scoring against the Innovation Review rubric (IP, income, peak sales, market readiness, risk, strategic alignment, investment) and deliver investable recommendations to leadership forums.
- Accelerate concept creation and maturation: Lead design-thinking workshops and white-paper sprints, orchestrate rapid prototyping across engineering functions; drive to shorten cycles and de-risk early.
- Ensure smooth integration to development: Define "definition-of-ready" for Pre-Development and PDP insertion, align requirements with Engineering for clean hand-offs.
- Build and sustain an innovation culture: Run charrettes/challenges; codify fast-fail learning; align efforts with strategic themes to maximize business impact.
- Partner externally and internally: Lead make/buy/partner analyses; engage suppliers and universities for feasibility accelerators and benchmarking; maintain strong ties across product and engineering teams
- Measure what matters: Establish and track portfolio health and impact metrics (idea throughput, ARL cycle time, kill rate, number of charters, innovation vs. pre-dev investment mix, program stability/speed), and publish transparent, actionable readouts.
- Support end-to-end innovation pipeline: Drive problem discovery, ideation, evaluation, proof-of-concept, and seamless hand-off into development to ensure disciplined progression from concept to execution.
- Champion adherence to the innovation process: Model best practices and actively coach teams to follow established frameworks, reinforcing consistency and rigor across initiatives.

**The starting pay range for Minnesota is $104,000 to $137,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
