Our Organization and Mission:
The Division of Service Operations manages the Central Intake and Licensure unit, the one-stop shop for intake of applications and payments. The Division also oversees the Customer Contact Center (CCC), which handles all initial interaction conducted via telephone and e-mail.
The Work You Will Do:
This position is responsible for performing the more complex licensing activities which includes determination of applicant eligibility for examination, certification, licensure or registration for various professions within the department. This is a highly responsible position in the Bureau of Central Intake and Licensure, Revenue Unit. The incumbent in this position performs the following work and other related activities:
Your Specific Responsibilities:
* Supervises and coordinates a team of profilers, validators, and cashiers which includes setting performance standards, evaluating subordinate job performance, providing guidance and direction, and recommending appropriate personnel action.
* Counsels and mentors subordinates on an individual basis.
* Work with internal customers and bureau management to ensure that all application profiling, indexing and revenue allocation guidelines are current, accurate and well maintained.
* Prepares and distributes written and verbal information to inform manager, co-workers, subordinates and the public of operational policies and regulations pertaining to the Bureau of Central Intake and Licensure, Revenue Unit.
* Conducts research on files handled by the Revenue Unit and consults with manager to resolve problem files.
* Analyzes processes including interpretation of laws, rules, policies and standards and recommends changes to improve operations, to save time, labor and other costs to improve quality control and operating efficiency. Implements approved process changes to the Revenue Unit which includes coordinating the testing of changes and training of staff.
* Prepares and reviews records and reports pertaining to the operations of the Revenue Unit. Represents management in the Bureau of Central Intake and Licensure in matters as authorized and assigned.
* Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and promotes persons for the work unit. Performs other duties as required

The Program Administrator will continually assess and direct a wide range of programmatic issues including long range planning, recruiting trainees, onboarding trainees, developing projects, analyzing administrative workflow, maintaining databases, communicating with faculty and trainees regarding a range of issues, developing faculty and managing internal and external program relations. The Program Administrator supports the education design and leadership of the residency program, and therefore, shares responsibility for the residents, faculty and other colleagues within the program.
What you will do in this role:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship training programs.
* Coordinate and organize program recruitment efforts and the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) process.
* Understand the program accreditation requirements and assist in ensuring compliance of the program, residents, and faculty with all applicable requirements.

This includes (1) understanding the problems of custody, treatment, training, and release of inmates of penal or correctional institutions; (2) a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of an institution's internal policies, programs, regulations, and procedures; and (3) training subordinates, coordinating and directing activities and functions, evaluating performance of operations and the effectiveness of programs, and maintaining high standards or work objectives. This experience must have been gained in an administrative position, or in other positions that included the successful direction, or assistance in the direction of, an entire correctional program or a major phase of such a program.
Some examples of this qualifying experience are:
* Experience in conducting fact finding hearings on acts of misconduct and violations.
* Experience in reviewing disciplinary records and determining witnesses to be called.

This position provides program support for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs under the Department of Energy's (DOE) Clean Energy Manufacturing Workforce Training. This is a grant funded position that will be responsible for coordinating and providing operational support for a new HVAC career training program.
This position will assist in the recruitment of students for the HVAC and industrial skills training programs and coordinates student applications and the vetting process, from initial inquiry to acceptance into program. Works closely with community partners in all aspects of student recruitment and ongoing supportive services. Responsible for organizing and coordinating information sessions, assessments, generating instructor contracts, and graduation events. Coordinates program activities at various college facilities. Also responsible for purchasing classroom materials and equipment, acting as liaison with students and instructors, providing operational support for the Center for Advanced Technologies building (CAT) including inventory control and interaction with the Lab Coordinator.
The position will report to the Director of Clean Energy Workforce Programs and together they will implement student recruitment, registrations and placement, case management, and represent CWD at promotional/community events. This position and all programming will take place at Bucks' brand-new state-of-the-art Center for Advanced Technologies at the Epstein Campus in Bristol, PA.
This position will use the Jenzabar Campus Marketplace SIS for building classes in system, student registration, and reporting. This position will also use Workday for financials.
Minimum Requirements
* Associate degree, or High school diploma or general equivalent and 4 years work experience in the industry
* 4 to 6 years of job-related experience.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and perform work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced office environment.
* Detail-orientation, flexibility, and strong organization skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with ERP systems

Additional Comments
This position is grant funded and in-person, based out of the Center for Advanced Technologies in Bristol, PA. This position functions in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to shift planned work assignments and reorganize efforts to accomplish the needs of the department and leadership. It involves work outside the traditional workday for coordination of off-site events and programs and client support. The position requires an ability to multi-task, prioritize a high volume of work, meet frequent deadlines, and support leadership staff with sometimes conflicting needs and schedules. The client base for this position is within and outside the college and there is an equally high standard of care and service for all clients. This position requires a high service orientation in order to work harmoniously with college staff, department personnel, instructors, client companies and outside vendors. Applying Project Management skills, providing exceptional customer service, determination, having the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, being a team player, and taking on additional challenges is the essence of being successful in this position. This position may require travel to various partner facilities within the county. The workforce development coordinator strives to achieve the goals and visions of the college by making the programs run efficiently and within established guidelines.
Salary Range $46,923 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience)
