As part of our Jobsite of the Future initiative, we are deploying a cohort of Site AI Engineers across select pilot projects to rapidly identify pain points, redesign workflows, and deploy agentic AI solutions that transform project delivery.
The JoF AI Program Lead will serve as the orchestrator and strategic integrator across all Jobsite of the Future pilots. Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Coordination:

Drive structured rollout plans, including training, change management, and adoption tracking across additional project sites.
Ensure each new solution meets enterprise requirements for security, compliance, data governance, and client confidentiality (mirroring expectations from Site AI Engineer roles).
Technical Oversight & Architecture Alignment:
Guide engineering decisions made by Site AI Engineers around:
RAG pipelines, Delta Lake/Unity Catalog integrations, and vector search.
Use of Databricks, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and cross-cloud custom connectors.
Workflow automation, API integrations, and ETL/ELT data flows.
Change Management & Adoption Enablement:
Work closely with Operations to develop and execute training, communication, and change management plans for new AI tools.
Track business impact, adoption, and behavior change KPIs across jobsites.
Champion the value of AI-enabled operations by sharing success stories, metrics, and playbooks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication:
Prepare and deliver briefings for project leadership, Operations executives, and ELT stakeholders.
Translate technical outcomes into clear business language that highlights productivity, efficiency, and risk-reduction impacts.
Serve as a visible ambassador for the Jobsite of the Future vision, internally and with clients.
Qualifications:
7+ years experience across AI engineering, full-stack development, data engineering, or intelligent workflow automation-at least 3+ years in a leadership or program or product management capacity.
Hands-on experience building or overseeing production LLM/RAG systems, data integrations, and AI workflow automation at scale.
Strong familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse (Delta, Unity Catalog), vector search, API integrations, and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions or similar).
Demonstrated experience synthesizing complex technical and operational insights into clear, actionable plans.
Proven ability to coach and lead technical teams.

The Therapeutic Float is responsible for helping to manage the therapeutic needs of participants in collaboration with their group leaders, assistant group leaders and leadership staff. Summary:
The Behavior Clinician (Youth Day Program) is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, selecting function-based interventions, and developing behavior support plans. S/he/they assist in staff training, crisis intervention and make recommendations to students' educational teams regarding behavioral support and strategies. Additionally, the Behavior Clinician I may develop skill acquisition programs, attend team meetings, provide supervision to behavior department personnel, and represent the Clinical Department to outside agencies.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
* Ensure policies/procedures regarding behavior management adhere to all regulatory and agency guidelines.
* Participate in IEP development and progress monitoring; working cooperatively with Educational and Residential staff to address the needs of students across settings.
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop corresponding Behavior Support Plans
* Provide formal staff training for behavior support plan implementation in school and residential settings.
* Provide informal staff training by modeling behavior support plan implementation and appropriate staff-student interactions in school and residential settings.
* Monitor and provide feedback to staff based on direct observation of behavior plan implementation.
* Evaluate Behavior Support Plan implementation and effectiveness, making revisions and programmatic changes as needed.
* Develop individualized programming and data tracking using comprehensive assessments and curricula (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and EFL)
* Develop and supervise implementation of skill acquisition programs for social and functional living skills in school and residential settings.
* Lead classroom and residential group sessions that target social and functional living skills.
* Participate in off-site evaluations as part of the admissions process.
* Coordinate with student support services and mental health clinicians to provide monthly parent training sessions.
* Present data analysis of student behavior and provide recommendations to multidisciplinary teams.
* Instruct ABA-based training sessions during Pre-Service training for new staff.
* Assist with implementation of RBT training for Guild staff.
* Provide support to milieu services by providing crisis management and problem solving, facilitating community experiences, classroom coverage, and classroom assistance.
* Assist with implementation of PBIS and trauma-sensitive frameworks.
Essential Job Functions

* The ability to assist individuals in evacuation from the residence.
* The ability to provide clinical coverage in the residences during school intercession breaks.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology or related field required.
* Training or experience with a population with developmental disabilities and social/emotional challenges preferred.
* Experience in developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of behavior programs.
* Experience in completing and summarizing behavioral assessments.
* A valid driver's license.
* Must meet background check requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite.

Raytheon Hardware Engineering leads in the mechanical hardware design, development, and production of weapons systems. The Engineering Rapid Build Services (ERBS) department within Hardware Engineering is chartered to deliver agile services. We bridge across Operations and Engineering, providing solutions through the execution of quick-turn design, procurement, manufacturing, and environmental test services.
ERBS is skilled in special test equipment, program trainers, and cooling systems mechanical design. We utilize Creo and Common Product Data Management (PDM) with tailored release processes for maximum cross-use and flexibility.
ERBS executes prototyping and high-mix/low-rate procurement and fabrication activities with a focus on in-house electro-mechanical packaging, support equipment and liquid cooling systems integration, and partner with outside suppliers to satisfy all demands. Responsibilities to anticipate:
Manage cost and schedule for assigned programs and provide status reporting
Analyze financial data to drive program health and provide variance explanations as appropriate.
Coordinate interaction between engineering, manufacturing, and our suppliers
Plan, schedule and manage material procurement progress for assigned program
Communicate with buyers and suppliers to ensure on time delivery of ordered material
Plan, Schedule and manage the build activity through completion in ERBS assembly areas.
Coordinate engineering support to the manufacturing floor to address non-conformances.
Act as liaison between Design Engineering and ERBS Operations
Collect and analyze data required to provide EVMS support and program stat using to IPT Leads and PMO
Analyze program manpower demands and secure required manpower (both exempt and non-exempt)
Interact regularly with internal PMO customer and periodically with external customer.
Coordinate QA dispositioning, accepting, and selling of deliverable hardware.
Key stake holder/reviewer in Preliminary and Critical design reviews and Ship Readiness Reviews
Coordinate hand-offs of completed equipment to internal customers.
Coordinate shipping of hardware with logistics ensuring on-time delivery to customer
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline, and 7 years of professional relevant experience. (Bachelors in Business or Management with experience in engineering operations also considered)
Experience with managing personnel, schedule, and budget within engineering or manufacturing.
Experience with interpreting engineering documents including drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
Experience in Product Data Management (PDM), PRISM and/or other SAP products
Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment and managing suppliers.
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

Aspire, a Massachusetts General Hospital program, specializes in helping children, teens and adults on the autism spectrum achieve success. Our programming is uniquely designed to help participants with Asperger profiles develop positive self-awareness, stress management and social competency skills so they can succeed at home, school, work and in community settings. Aspire offers year-round programming for individuals aged 5 years to adult, including weekly social groups, adventure summer camp for children, six-week summer programs for teens and young adults, and special events. For over thirty years, Aspire has championed individuals on the spectrum. We are dedicated to understanding and serving this population of exceptional individuals. Our structured therapeutic programming is guided by our comprehensive knowledge of who our participants are and our mission to best support them.
Explorations is a six-week weekday summer program, based in Newton, where teens, aged 14-19 years old, participate in supported recreational and social activities while learning a variety of practical life skills out in the community. Community trips take place throughout the metro Boston area (Faneuil Hall, Prudential Center, movie theater, bowling, museums, and restaurants) and typically utilize public transportation
Qualifications
The Therapeutic Float is responsible for helping to manage the therapeutic needs of participants in collaboration with their group leaders, assistant group leaders and leadership staff. This includes serving as a resource in a variety of therapeutic models that foster growth in the areas of social pragmatics, stress and anxiety management, and self-awareness. The Float will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in these skills and provide consultation and training to staff in effective strategies. In addition, this individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records about program policies and procedures and ensuring that the assigned site operates as efficiently and effectively as possible.
