Responsible for orienting and serving as a resource for new LTSS Program Coordinators within their designated area of support.

Provide guidance by coaching, developing, and supporting the LTSS Program Coordinators to optimize performance.

Identify processes and work flow improvements to foster efficient and effective Program Coordination efforts.

Coordinate and monitor the distribution of workflow to ensure performance targets are consistently met per the departmental established targets/deadlines.
Active participation and responsiveness to PHW Rapid Response Team as assigned.

Provide support through inbound and outbound calls to align with the department's efforts of a one call resolution for providers and participants.

Effectively and efficiently communicate any potential participant, provider or employee risks to departmental leadership.

Support Program Coordination team by partnering with key stakeholders on committees and special projects assigned by departmental leadership.

Reinforcing standardized communication and updates as directed by leadership.

Encouraging and reinforcing positive communication, behavior and culture aligned with Centene values and APEX Leadership model.

Under general supervision, supports the evaluation of EE & Consumer Programs resource applications submitted by third-party contractors, coordinates with other planning and business unit functions on issues related to EE & Consumer Programs, provides general support for either operating company programs or system wide programs, as appropriate, and collaborates with other utility personnel. Supports data collection and program evaluation process for operating companies. Assists procurement and legal in securing corporate contractor agreements and general operating T&Cs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below:

1) Assists in developing and evaluating submits detailed RFI/RFQ/RFP documents to prospective third-party contractors.

2) Supports program promotion strategies, data collection procedures s, Measurement and Verification (M&V) requirements, cost tracking procedures, and required internal and external training guidelines.

3) Assists to ensure successful programs are implemented to help achieve the Company's overall EE & Consumer Programs goals and objective.

4) Effectively works with other operating company and AEP staff, legal, operating company regulatory staff, integrated resource planning, regulatory pricing and analysis, and public policy to ensure understanding of program processes and mutual agreement of overall strategies.

5) Provides technical and financial evaluation of EE & Consumer Programs proposals.

6) Supports the review of proposals submitted by third-party contractors to ensure adherence to stated program guidelines, goals, and objectives and makes recommendations to the EE & Consumer Programs Manager as to the most effective program implementation and evaluation strategies.

7) Helps to identify discrepancies with contractor proposals and/or clarification of overall program process, implementation procedures, costs, etc.

8) Provides support of M&V activities and assists in program implementation and data collection.

9) Supports EE & Consumer Programs activities with appropriate other functions within AEP.

10) Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of all aspects of EE & Consumer Programs-related activities in all functional areas and the interrelationships among them.

11) Participates in regular communication with EE & Consumer Programs Manager, AEP, and operating company organizational units to ensure understanding of expected deliverables, timetables, successes, needed process improvement, and overall roles and responsibilities. Distributes feedback from internal and external organizations to appropriate AEP and operating company personnel.
