The programcoordinator will be responsible for coordinating the MSU engineering undergraduate programs at the MSU Gulf Coast Campus. This is part of a joint AAS/BS program between MSU and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and the position is located at Gautier, MS. The programcoordinator will be engaged with advising undergraduate students, resolving student issues and concerns, recruiting undergraduate students, being a liaison between the Gulf Coast campus and the main MSU campus, and complete other responsibilities as assigned. These duties will be shared with another ProgramCoordinator and the assignment of specific duties will be made by the Dean of Engineering on an annual basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides academic advising, in conjunction with the faculty, for incoming and continuing undergraduate students in the programs offered at the Engineering on the Coast campus.
2. Meets with prospective engineering undergraduate students and their parents and arranges building tours as requested by the Office of Admissions and Scholarships or the Dean of Engineering. Coordinates undergraduate student recruitment as necessary in consultation with the BCoE's Admissions Coordinator.
3. Organizes and conducts orientation sessions for incoming students to their program of study.
4. Maintains undergraduate student records for the Engineering on the Coast Campus students and related student databases. In conjunction with the respective Starkville Campus department, University Registrar, and Dean of Engineering, reviews transcripts for transfer credit and assist in the certification of undergraduate students for graduation.
5. Responds to inquiries pertaining to the undergraduate programs and coordinates communication with prospective students.
6. Provides students with information regarding departmental scholarships, solicits applications, and assists Department Heads in the selection and administration of such awards.
7. Assists the Department Heads in the scheduling of engineering classes and classroom assignments. Assists students in gaining admission, as may be appropriate, to sections that are temporarily closed.
8. Assists in maintaining records and coordinating changes pertaining to the undergraduate curricula and course descriptions. Interprets University regulations pertaining to undergraduate academics and curricula matters.
9. Works with the Starkville ECE ProgramCoordinator, the ME ProgramCoordinator, and the ISE ProgramCoordinator on academic issues.
10. Assists in the development of student recruitment brochures and similar material for dissemination to the public. This will be done in conjunction with the BCoE Publications Manager and approved by the Dean of Engineering.
11. Assist the Department Heads in such other matters as may be required for the successful administration of departmental programs.
12. May supervise lower graded staff and/or student employees; may participate in training and evaluative sessions and recommend methods to improve advisement activities.
13. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
14. Will lead the purchase of supplies and equipment for the Coast campus, reconcile purchasing documents, and provide necessary reports to the Dean of Engineering.
15. Will assist in the preparation for accreditation visits.
16. Will focus primarily on internal matters on the Coast campus in cooperation with another ProgramCoordinator who will focus primarily on external matters.
17. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Dean.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
2. Two years experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
2. Three years of experience working directly with engineering and/or computer science students.

**Position Summary**
The Department of Justice's International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (DOJ/ICITAP), in partnership with the Department of State's Bureau of Counterterrorism (DOS/CT) is implementing several programs across the ICITAP Counterterrorism Operations Unit focused on the following lines of efforts:
- Strengthening the counterterrorism operations of partner nations by increasing the participation of women in CT law enforcement units through strategic tactical and leadership training
- Building responsive and effective prison management systems to repatriate, rehabilitate, reintegrate, and prosecute foreign terrorist fighters
- Continuing efforts to strengthen bilateral and regional capacity for countering malign Iranian influence and Hizballah's activities.
DOJ/ICITAP is seeking an advisor who will be responsible for engaging partner governments to achieve these objectives: (1) strengthen the abilities of partner governments to detect, deter, and respond to terrorism and violent extremism by providing targeted technical, tactical, and leadership training; (2) support organizational change that recognizes the strategic value of women's participation and leadership in law enforcement counterterrorism efforts; and (3) promote the sharing of best practices related to counterterrorism investigations.
This advisor will also provide professional training to partner governments that tailor country specific strategies to promote lasting change from within an agency that will ultimately contribute to the operational effectiveness in combatting transnational crime and terror. This program operates globally, and traveling is expected.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Engage with partner countries, organizations, and relevant officials to assess and strengthen bilateral and regional capacity for countering terrorism, countering malign Iranian influence
+ Engage with partner countries and organizations to develop a common understanding of the threat, exchange best practices, and identify gaps and further assistance needs.
+ Facilitate networking opportunities, counterterrorism training, and the advancement of successful women in law enforcement while promoting U.S. counterterrorism efforts abroad.
+ Assess partner country's existing capacity to counterterrorism and the role of women within their policing strategies.

+ Work with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to facilitate information sharing, to assist with investigations and to provide guidance on probation and post release monitoring matters, countering Iranian influence and subversion, and women in policing.
+ Instruct on concepts of interviewing and communicating with offenders and others in person, by telephone or by written correspondence in a variety of settings during the supervision period. Visits offenders and others in their homes and in the community for the purpose of verifying and assessing the home situation and the offender's adjustment while under supervision.
+ Provide information on the analysis and interpretation of gathered case information to: a) identify additional information needs; b) assess offender risk; c) create and update a case plan; d) formulate supervision strategies by applying host nation agency policy and procedures, training and experience; e) implements supervision plans and strategies to insure compliance with conditions of supervision and/or to maintain the offender in the community with minimal risk to the public by applying host nation policy and procedure, training and experience.
+ Provide operational assistance via workshops, trainings, equipment donations etc. to bolster counterterrorism skillsets for law enforcement professionals.
+ Facilitate rapid deployment of subject-matter experts to provide technical assistance in the identified partner nation.
+ Maintain documentation, generate reports to summarize activities and report progress (After Action, Quarterly, Bi-weekly, etc.), create and maintain databases for the storage of information and assist in audits.
+ Assist, evaluate, and advise ICITAP and DoS CT with strategy development to promote new and innovative approaches to engage women in counterterrorism.
+ Conduct regular TDY travel to selected countries for country-assessments, training, evaluations, equipment donations, etc.
**Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in international relations, law enforcement, justice studies, women, peace, and security studies, public policy or related field; preferred Master's degree.
+ Minimum ten to fifteen years of experience in law enforcement; senior leadership rank preferred.
+ Intimate knowledge of Hizballah and other Iranian-backed proxies.
+ Knowledge and experience working with capacity building and strategy development in the law enforcement and counter terrorism arena.
+ Experience working overseas with high-ranking senior government officials.

Position Overview
The Regional Coordinator is the lead point of coordination, leadership, and accountability for Mississippi Votes programming, field operations, and regional presence in an assigned area of the state. This role requires both strategic and operational capacity: the Regional Coordinator co-develops the regional field plan aligned with statewide goals, supervises field and youth organizing staff, manages the regional office, and maintains strong community relationships across the region.
This position is responsible for translating statewide field strategy into local execution, setting and tracking regional field targets, making data-informed decisions, and ensuring that voter registration, civic education, election protection, and turnout work are successfully implemented. The Regional Coordinator reports to and works closely with the Field Director. The Regional Coordinator works with fellow Regional Coordinators to build, test, evaluate, and strengthen Mississippi Votes statewide field model.
Key Responsibilities
Field Strategy, Planning, & Implementation
Co-develop the regional field plan in alignment with statewide goals, metrics, and timelines
Set regional voter registration, voter turnout, and civic engagement targets
Run or approve regional field tactics including canvassing, relational organizing, phone banking, texting, tabling, field launches, and voter education events
Use voter data tools (VAN, TargetSmart, EveryAction, etc.) to guide strategy, turf cutting, and progress tracking
Hold regional organizers, fellows, and volunteers accountable to field metrics and reporting standards
Lead regional execution of Election Protection, GOTV, campus engagement, ballot access, and other election cycle programming
Participate in statewide field strategy meetings, data reviews, and post-cycle debriefs

The Black Youth Vote (BYV) Coordinator is responsible for executing voter engagement initiatives, mobilizing students, and building leadership pathways for youth. This position requires the BYV Coordinator to be in the field at least 60% of the time, conducting direct outreach, meeting youth, and maintaining a consistent presence in schools, community programs, and other youth-centered sites. 1. Community and Campus Outreach (60%)

The incumbent performs a wide range of duties to support management of the Natchez Trace Parkway, the Natchez Trace National Scenic Trail, and Old Natchez Trace trail segments. Duties include trail maintenance and repairs; operation and maintenance of trail equipment; marking trails to meet public needs; delivering trail materials and supplies to work locations; and responding to trail problems reported by visitors (such as downed timber). Serve as the initial point of contact for students with questions related to student billing, payments, and financial aid.
Must be able to quickly grasp and retain knowledge of policies and procedures relating to every aspect of student services that a prospective or current student may utilize.
Assist students with creating and accessing their FSA IDs, completing the FAFSA, and uploading required verification documents.
Guide students through entrance counseling and Master Promissory Note (MPN) completion for federal loans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student accounts and financial aid documentation.
Communicate professionally with students, parents, faculty, and staff in person, via phone, and email.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash handling responsibilities.
Monitor student account balances and help coordinate payment plans when appropriate.
Serve as the evening receptionist for the campus, answering phones, directing visitors, and supporting faculty/staff needs.
Assist with evening coverage of student services, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with FERPA and all federal/state financial aid regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Dean and Assistant Dean of Desoto Center.
