Primary Purpose of Position
Ensure official Predefine reports reflect the most accurate information available for all Clean Energy Center (CEC) conditions, for Technical Specifications, and all other CEC procedures.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Accountable for the accuracy of official predefine reports. Predefine reports shall contain the most-timely information available. Where the same information exists form different sources, it is the Station Predefine Coordinators responsibility to ensure report information, to the maximum extent possible, agrees with the corresponding database of record.
Schedule all predefines into the 13-week schedules. Coordinate with other departments to ensure full schedule integration.
Provide any reports or data that identifies any predefine requirements that must be met prior to changing CEC conditions.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

The Student Life Coordinator IV is responsible for facilitating co-curricular programs that promote student development, multicultural awareness, and leadership. Plan and lead events, workshops, and seminars that enhance classroom learning and build essential life skills such as diversity, budgeting, and conflict resolution.

Develop assessment techniques to determine success of established programs. Track participants progress and analyze results to recommend program improvements.

* Finance & Accounting (located in Beloit, WI) In this role, you will collaborate with various functions to ensure robust and effective financial controls while providing key financial insights that contribute to Kerry's business performance and goal achievement. As part of an interconnected, you'll be responsible for supporting decision-making and fostering an engaging and motivating environment that places finance at the core of the business.
* RD&A (located in Beloit, WI) This role will participate in proactive innovation projects and support scientists with completion of the projects. You'll apply scientific principles for research and improvement of existing products across the Beverage, Meals, Snack, Bakery, Meat or Dairy markets including Plant Based Foods. This will be achieved by working in a lab and understanding the customers' needs.

* Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027

Purpose of the Position

Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with RCC Volunteer Coordinators on setting and achieving volunteer program goals and strategies through collaborative recruitment, training, and retaining volunteers.
Manages all aspects of the Rainbow Thrift Shoppe volunteers, including recruiting, scheduling, assignment of duties, recordkeeping, resolving issues, and creating a wonderful volunteer experience.

Operate the Point of Sales (POS) software to support the operations of the store, the manager, staff and/or volunteers.
Supports and participates in the day-to-day operations of the store, including processing donations, pricing, and providing excellent customer service to customers and donors.

Participates in required RCC education and employee meetings.

Previous experience working with, coordinating, and leading volunteers preferred.
