Inter Miami CF is seeking a Tech-savvy Helpdesk IT Intern to join our IT support team. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in technological support troubleshooting and customer service within a dynamic environment. This position will be a part-time seasonal paid internship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in responding to internal and external technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
Document all support requests and solutions in the ticketing system to ensure proper follow-up and resolution tracking.
Support the installation and set-up of new computer equipment and software.
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Recent graduates are also eligible to apply, provided graduation occurred within the past six months.
