Job Function
We are seeking a motivated and technically curious intern to support our IT Operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience across infrastructure and application administration, providing exposure to virtual environments, Linux systems, enterprise applications, and network technologies. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and optimizing IT systems while learning from experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities

The program is offered as a four-week immersive summer therapy camp session each year. Interns for this program are trained to use empirically supported behavior management techniques to work with children with disruptive behavior concerns, encouraging them to participate in positive and pro-social behavior as they interact with other children and adults.
Reporting to the Director, Summer Program, this is an unpaid, temporary, full-time, internship located on-site at Allen Stevenson School and our NYC headquarters office.
This is a highly competitive unpaid internship. You Will:
Learn and use positive behavior management strategies.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Position Details:
As part of the Selective Mutism Service team, you will report to the Directors of the Selective Mutism Service. You will participate in an unpaid part-time internship designed to provide students and trainees with supervised, hands-on learning experiences in children's mental health. Interns participate in structured training, observation, and guided practice with children with selective mutism in the Brave Buddies Program. All activities are educational in nature, and licensed staff maintain responsibility for clinical services.
In addition to two hours of online trainings completed at home, Program Interns must be available in person at the following dates and times:

Learning Opportunities:
Gain exposure to evidence-based behavioral treatment for selective mutism in a group program model

Receive approximately 12 hours of structured training focused on PCIT-SM principles and group adaptation

You Have:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, human services or related field.
