Your Role: In this position, you are responsible for collaborating with CEA CAPA's Institutional Relations (IR) team and onsite international staff to creatively develop programs that support the sending institution's academic goals, align to best practices in the field, and fit within student and institutional budgets. The Custom Program Developer (CPD) also plays a critical role on the CEA CAPA team in serving our institutional partners and providing responsive, creative solutions. The CPD develops and prepares program proposals and budgets which are handed over to the Custom Program Managers who oversee pre-departure logistics and implementation.
What You'll Do:
Program Development
* Develop timely and accurate custom program proposals as requested by CEA CAPA's Institutional Relations team and U.S. institutional staff and faculty.
* Partner with CEA CAPA's onsite international staff to develop quality programs that support the sending institution's goals, including academics, co-curricular activities, and student services.
* Prepare custom program budgets, including pricing recommendations, in conjunction with CEA CAPA's onsite staff and in alignment with financial guidelines.
* Evaluate feasibility, fit, and sustainability of program requests from sending institutions
* Manage program revisions, pricing negotiations, and contract implementation.
* Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and other internal tools for program data tracking and reporting.
Cross-Functional Support
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for CEA CAPA's custom program capabilities, services, and offerings for assigned locations.
* Engage key stakeholders across the organization to ensure program viability, support success in implementation.
* Meet regularly with IR Partnership/Regional Directors to discuss custom program requests, provide updates, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
* Collaborate with Custom Program Managers on repeat programs.
* As needed, provide direct support to U.S. faculty and administrators in collaboration with the IR team, showcasing excellent customer service, demonstrating creativity in meeting their needs, and impacting program retention.
* Guide onsite staff in best practices, procedures, and accountabilities related to custom program development; provide training as needed.
* Support the promotion of CEA CAPA's custom programming and support services to U.S. institutions, including virtual meetings, webinars, and strategic visits as needed.
Support Continuous Improvement
* Lead and participate in cross-functional working groups with the goal of evaluating and refining custom program offerings, services, tools, resources, and processes.
* Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
* Assist in the creation of training materials and presentations to inform internal and external stakeholders of custom programs.
* Assist in the analysis of participant and partner evaluation of custom programs, especially as it may influence refinements to program design.
Starting Salary: $65,000

Responsibilities:
Perform website updates for content and promotions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct daily site checks to monitor functionality and enhance customer experience.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for web and app releases, ensuring seamless performance.
Validate production releases to confirm successful implementation.
Monitor site activity using session replay tools to identify and resolve potential issues.
Document code, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and optimization opportunities.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree. (expected graduation no later than Spring 2026).
Previous business internship experience preferred.
Ability to work at the Phoenix, AZ corporate office on in-person days. (Out-of-state students are welcome to apply if they can attend in-office days)
Authorization to work in the United States.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Custom Program Developer
Program Development Internship Job 8 miles from Peoria
Your Role:
In this position, you are responsible for collaborating with CEA CAPA's Institutional Relations (IR) team and onsite international staff to creatively develop programs that support the sending institution's academic goals, align to best practices in the field, and fit within student and institutional budgets. The Custom Program Developer (CPD) also plays a critical role on the CEA CAPA team in serving our institutional partners and providing responsive, creative solutions. The CPD develops and prepares program proposals and budgets which are handed over to the Custom Program Managers who oversee pre-departure logistics and implementation.
What You'll Do:
Program Development
Develop timely and accurate custom program proposals as requested by CEA CAPA's Institutional Relations team and U.S. institutional staff and faculty.
Partner with CEA CAPA's onsite international staff to develop quality programs that support the sending institution's goals, including academics, co-curricular activities, and student services.
Prepare custom program budgets, including pricing recommendations, in conjunction with CEA CAPA's onsite staff and in alignment with financial guidelines.
Evaluate feasibility, fit, and sustainability of program requests from sending institutions
Manage program revisions, pricing negotiations, and contract implementation.
Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and other internal tools for program data tracking and reporting.
Cross-Functional Support
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for CEA CAPA's custom program capabilities, services, and offerings for assigned locations.
Engage key stakeholders across the organization to ensure program viability, support success in implementation.
Meet regularly with IR Partnership/Regional Directors to discuss custom program requests, provide updates, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Collaborate with Custom Program Managers on repeat programs.
As needed, provide direct support to U.S. faculty and administrators in collaboration with the IR team, showcasing excellent customer service, demonstrating creativity in meeting their needs, and impacting program retention.
Guide onsite staff in best practices, procedures, and accountabilities related to custom program development; provide training as needed.
Support the promotion of CEA CAPA's custom programming and support services to U.S. institutions, including virtual meetings, webinars, and strategic visits as needed.
Support Continuous Improvement
Lead and participate in cross-functional working groups with the goal of evaluating and refining custom program offerings, services, tools, resources, and processes.
Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
Assist in the creation of training materials and presentations to inform internal and external stakeholders of custom programs.
Assist in the analysis of participant and partner evaluation of custom programs, especially as it may influence refinements to program design.
Starting Salary: $65,000
What Makes a Great Candidate:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of related work experience in international education
Experience with budgeting and study abroad program design
Experience communicating and collaborating with various U.S. university/college stakeholders, including faculty, advisors, and department leaders
Experience with reporting and data analysis
