Your contribution
This internship position is a great opportunity for a student majoring in Information Technology, or another related field to gain hands-on experience working with Wakefern's Tech Department.
The intern will function independently and as a member of a project team under the general direction of senior staff members. They must establish and maintain appropriate working relationships with department staff members, operating personnel, customers and vendor representatives in order to carry out this function. The intern will perform a variety of tasks and receive valuable industry exposure throughout the summer.

What we are looking for
Interns are required to comply with the 5-day in-person attendance policy for the program
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have completed 24 college credits with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or better
Will be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school for fall
Successful completion of a substance abuse test and background check is required
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint required)
Valid driver's license and flexibility with regard to travel required
Strong interpersonal, analytical and customer service skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
Ability to exhibit proper business etiquette when dealing with all levels of the organization

Compensation and Benefits:
First year Tech Interns will be paid at $17.00 per hour. Returning Tech interns will be paid at $18.00 per hour. Master's students will be paid at $19.00 per hour. The program begins with an orientation that offers a thorough overview of the firm and the opportunity to hear from a number of senior leaders.

Job Overview
The Development Operations Intern (Strategy & Operations) will support the Development Operations Strategy and Execution and Business Effectiveness teams within the Strategy, Operations, Analysis, and Reporting (SOAR) function. What You'll Do
The intern will support specific, evolving projects across the Strategy and Operations pillars. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Strategy and Execution Support
* Participate in project acceleration and process optimization initiatives, helping to map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and support the design of scalable solutions.
* Support preparation of leadership presentations and strategic reports (e.g., Executive Committee or Board of Directors updates) by synthesizing key findings, data visualizations, and recommendations.
* Assist in developing metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to assess operational success and inform decision-making.
